Research On The Medical Service Quality Of Community With Combination Of Medical Treatment And Maintenance

With the deepening of the aging of population in China,health care has become a hot topic.Facing the gradual miniaturization of family structure and inefficient allocation of institutional pension,community pension model has become an important choice to solve the pension problem.Under the background of the combination of medical care and nursing,the embedding of medical service into community pension has become an important means for the elderly to provide for the aged,and the quality of community medical service is related to social public service level.The research of service quality is an important link to improve the effectiveness of elderly care services,but the current service quality is still in the development stage,and the community elderly have a tangible demand for medical services.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the construction of community medical service quality evaluation index system and to evaluate the quality of community medical service for the elderly.The paper takes community medical service as the research content,community elderly as the research object,focusing on the quality of community medical service in Shanghai.On the basis of literature search,current situation analysis and visiting investigation,using the structure process result theory(SPO theory),the primary evaluation index system of Shanghai medical care combined with community medical service was established,and the index was further improved by Delphi method,and the index weight was calculated by AHP.Finally,three first-class indexes,11 second-class indexes and three-class indexes were determined.There are 27 standards,forming the evaluation index system of community medical service in Shanghai.Finally,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper selects Changning District,Putuo District,Xuhui District,Songjiang District and other four districts to investigate and study the quality of community medical service,makes statistical analysis on the data obtained,calculates the evaluation scores of the quality of community medical service in the four districts,and obtains the differences of the quality of community medical service in different regions of Shanghai.And find out the existing problems and reasons,put forward to improve the overall quality and content of community medical service in Shanghai,and provide a reference for improving the quality of community medical service and improving the level of health care for the elderly.The following conclusions are drawn from the study.At the government level,improve the community medical management mechanism,promote the real integration of health care and medical care;strengthen the government’s leading force,promote the integration of all forces and resources;increase the investment in community medical services,and improve the sense of access of the elderly in the community.At the community level,enrich the content of community medical service,realize the management of service content differences;strengthen the construction of community medical team,improve the professional level of medical staff,improve the community information system,accelerate the construction of community intelligent medical;improve the community medical evaluation mechanism,improve the medical evaluation and supervision system.At the personal level,change the cognition of community medical service,strengthen the trust of community medical service;sign a contract with the family doctor of the community center to obtain the welfare of community medical service.
