Practical Exploration Of Medical Social Work Involved In Rehabilitation Of Disabled Patients Caused By Accidents

In recent years,the number of patients disabled by accidents has been increasing rapidly,and it is not difficult to rely on modern medical technology to save lives.However,after the completion of surgical treatment,patients and their families have to face a series of postoperative physical trauma,post-traumatic stress psychological disorder,social relationship damage disorder and huge medical and rehabilitation economic pressure and other multiple dilemmas.Medical social work intervention can help patients and their families cope with the above difficulties to a great extent.However,China’s medical social work started late and lacked both theoretical and practical experience.Therefore,this study attempted to explore the practice of medical social work in the rehabilitation of disabled patients caused by accidents.Through the understanding and participation of the actual situation of medical social work,this paper tries to reflect on the practical process,analyze the causes of the problems,and try to find the corresponding solutions and Suggestions,so as to help the future medical social work to intervene in the rehabilitation of disabled patients.This paper takes wuxi rehabilitation hospital "Injection Force Peer Help" project as the main practical research object,through the medical social work intervention accident disabled patients in the rehabilitation process of all kinds of situations were investigated and studied,to understand the actual process of medical social work intervention in the rehabilitation of patients problems.In addition,through the service process of the two patients disabled by accident in the project of "power injection peer",in-depth understanding was carried out to study and analyze the problems in the intervention of medical social work.After fully understanding and studying the actual situation of medical social work involved in the recovery of disabled patients from accident,this paper puts forward the use of the existing social platform to build channels for consultation and help.Fully integrate social resources and channels by taking advantage of the convenience of the Internet;Do well in pre-job training,rapidly improve the skills and professionalism of practitioners;Make clear the workflow of various help services to improve the interventional effect of interventional patients;To summarize and share the experience of successful cases,improve the skills of medical social work and a series of Suggestions,provide practical reference for the future medical social work in the rehabilitation of disabled patients.
