Clinical Study On Xinyi Pingwei Granules In The Treatment Of Pediatric Bi Qiu With Lung Deficiency And Food Stagnation Syndrome

Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Xinyi Pingwei Granules in treating of Pediatric Bi Qiu with Lung Deficiency and Food Stagnation Syndrome.Method: Children(64 cases)who met the inclusion criteria for Pediatric Bi Qiu with Lung Deficiency and Food Stagnation Syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment group(32 cases)and a control group(32 cases).The children in the treatment group were given Xinyi Pingwei Granules orally.And Children in the control group were taken loratadine particles orally.A course of treatment is two weeks.The symptoms,signs and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after one course of treatment were recorded,and the obtained data were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)A total of 61 cases completed the clinical trial,including31 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.(2)In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 93.55%.And in the control group,it was 80%.The total effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)In the main symptom score,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).In the total score and secondary symptom score,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).(4)There were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusions: Xinyi Pingwei Granule is safe and effective in the treatment of Pediatric Bi Qiu with deficiency of lung and food stagnation.
