Objective:To investigate the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in dorsal foot vein of patients with chronic venous insufficiency and their relationship with TCM syndrome types. Methods:All cases were from CVI patients who visited the Department of Peripheral Vascular Diseases in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2019,including 30 patients in each of groups C3,C4,C5,and C6,totaling 120 patients;57 patients in the blood stasis syndrome group and 63 patients in the damp heat syndrome group.Study 1:Compare the blood routine,TNF-α and hs-CRP levels of the dorsal and elbow veins of patients with different clinical grades in CVI.Study 2:By comparing the differences in blood routine,TNF-α,and hs-CRP levels in the dorsal vein, elbow venous blood of patients with different TCM syndrome types, the relationship between the two and TCM syndrome types was explored.Results:1.The levels of TNF-α and hs-CRP in the dorsal plantar vein of 120 patients with CVI were higher than those of the cubital vein, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).2.The neutrophil count of the dorsal foot vein in the C5 group was lower than that in the C6 group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The counts of dorsal plantar monocytes in C3 and C4 groups were lower than those in C6 group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The TNF-α of the dorsal plantar veins in the C4-C6 group was higher than that of the cubital vein(P<0.05,P<0.01);the TNF-α of the dorsal plantar veins in the C3 group was lower than that of the C4-C6 group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01)4.The hs-CRP of the dorsal plantar vein in the C3-C5 group was lower than that in the C6 group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).5.The TNF-α of the elbow vein and dorsal vein in the blood stasis syndrome group were lower than those in the damp-heat syndrome group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).6.The hs-CRP of the dorsal foot vein in the blood stasis syndrome group was higher than that of the elbow vein, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01)Conclusion:The expression of inflammatory factors in the dorsal foot vein of CVI patients is higher than that of the cubital vein, and it is related to the severity of the lesion The level of TNF-α in the dorsal plantar vein of CVI patients is related to TCM syndromes.
