Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis Of Lung Qi Deficiency And Cold Type With Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction Combined With Pressing Needle

Objective:By observing the clinical therapeutic effect of modified Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction combined with pin needle treatment on allergic rhinitis of lung qi deficiency and cold type,the mechanism of its treatment on allergic rhinitis was further explored.Methods:In this experiment,90 patients with confirmed and qualified allergic rhinitis were divided into three groups by randomized allocation,30 in each group.The treatment group was treated with oral modified Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction combined with pin needle therapy.The patients were treated with oral modified Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction decoction,200 ml each time,twice a day in the morning and evening,seven doses a week,combined with pin needle therapy,28 days as a course of treatment.Control group 1:patients orally administered the decoction of Ephedra Aconiti and Asarum Decoction,and used mometasone furoate nasal spray(Nasona),sprayed 2 times per nostril(50 UG per spray),once a day(total amount of 200 ug),28 days as a course of treatment.Because there is no internal shuna in the hospital,the patient was informed to purchase it outside the hospital.Control group 2:patients orally took Loratadine Tablets(Kairetan)1 capsule/time,1 time/day.while using mometasone furoate nasal spray(Nasona),2 sprays(50 UG per spray),1 time a day(total 200 ug),28 days as a course of treatment.Before and after the experiment,the changes of clinical symptoms and signs of patients were recorded,and adverse reactions were recorded in time during the experiment.Results:By statistical analysis,the treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2 are all effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis patients with lung qi deficiency and cold type.Before and after treatment,the difference of TCM symptom score and total effective rate of treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2 were compared.The total effective rate of experimental group(96.67%)was better than that of control group 1(93.33%),and that of control group 1 was better than that of control group 2(83.33%).The difference of TCM symptom score before and after treatment was p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the total score of symptoms and signs and each factor score of treatment group were lower than that of control group Before treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;between the treatment group and the control group 1,the control group 2,the difference of the total score of symptoms and signs before and after treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,the advantage of the treatment group was obvious,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:Modified Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction combined with pinching needle can significantly alleviate or eliminate the symptoms and signs of allergic rhinitis patients with lung qi deficiency and cold type.This method has good curative effect,safety and reliability,and is an effective means to treat allergic rhinitis of lung qi deficiency and cold type.
