Clinical Research On Jianpi Zhuyun Granules In Treating Spleen And Stomach Qi Deficiency-Type Infantile Anorexia

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of self-made prescription on infantile anorexia,to verify the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Zhuyun Granules in the treatment of children with anorexia of qi deficiency of spleen and stomach.Methods: From January 2017 to January 2019,a total of 72 children with anorexia(spleen and stomach qi deficiency type)were selected as the research object.The children were divided into two groups according to the drawing of lots.The positive sign was drawn as the treatment group,and the negative sign was drawn as the control group.Each group had 36 cases.After one group had 36 cases,the remaining cases were automatically classified into another group.After exclusion according to the criteria of shedding and elimination,35 patients in the treatment group and 34 patients in the control group participated in the statistics of 69 patients.The treatment group was treated with Jianpi Zhuyun Granules while the control group was treated with Xingpi Yanger Granules.The changes of appetite,appetite and body weight of the children were observed respectively.Improvement of secondary symptoms and signs;Hemoglobin level and adverse reactions were evaluated and statistically analyzed.Results:(1)After 1 month of treatment,comparison of total effective rate between two groups children patient was P<0.05,and its difference had statistical significance;(2)There was no statistical difference in terms of weight gain after treatment between the two groups of children,P>0.05;(3)comparison of appetite,increase of food intake,improvement of secondary symptoms and signs between two groups children patient was P<0.05;and its difference had statistical significance;(4)comparison of hemoglobin between two groups children patient before and after their treatment was P<0.05,and its difference had statistical significance.During the treatment,neither of two groups children patient had adverse reactions caused by drugs.Conclusion:The tutor’sself-made prescription Jianpi Zhuyun Granules can help to im prove the therapeutic effect of anorexia in children.It has a better therapeutic effect on the increase of appetite,food intake and body weight,the improvement of secondary symptom s and signs,the increase of the level of hemoglobin.Moreover,the clinical application saf ety is relatively high and can be promoted and applied in the clinic.
