Observation On Clinical Effect Of Treatment In The Infantile Anorexia Cuased By Spleen Deficiency By Jianerxiaoji Granule

Objective:Acorrding to the etiology and pathogenesis of the infantile anorexia cuased by spleen deficiency,the mechanism of Yunpixiaoji method on the infantile anorexia was discussed.Clinical effect of treatment in the infantile anorexia cuased by spleen deficiency by Jianerxiaojichongji granule was observed.The effective prescription will be provided to treat of the infantile anorexia by Chinese medicine. Theoretical basis and practical basis were provided for extension of Jianerxiaojichongji granule.Methods:60 random samples of children with anorexia were clinically observed,which were from pediatric outpatient department in the affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine.The treatment group included 30 samples,in which 16 samples were male and 14 samples were female.The control group included 30 samples,in which 18 samples were male and 12 samples were female.The treatment group was treated by Jianerxiaojichongji granule,which contained lanceolata, Atractylodes,Poria cocos,Baked licorice,Galli stomachichum corium, Hawthorn,Millet sprout,Amomum villosum lour,Citrus aurantium,Dried ginger,Picrorrhizae rhizome and so on.Different doses were given to different samples according to their age,infused with warm water and 2 or 3 times per day.The Jianweixiaoshi tablet was administrated for the control group,which contained Radix pseudostell,Tangerine peel, Chinese yam,Malt,Hawthorn and so on.Different dosage should be taken according to age,oral.A two-week is a treatment course.The drug effect was evaluated by the change of the symptoms,signs,blood zinc and excretion rate of D-xylose in urine before and after treatment.Results:The results of treatment showed that the total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 93.3%and 63.3%, respectively.For the therapeutic effect of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicin,the total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 86.7%and 60.0%,respectively.The treatment effectiveness of various indexes of treatment group was superior to the contol group.Conclusions:Jianerxiaojichongji granule was of obvious curative effect in treating the anorexia of child cuased by spleen deficiency and it can improve the main symptoms and it is easy to be accepted by children and their parents.
