Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Treating Diabetic Kidney Disease With Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney Yang With Qizhi Wuling Powder

Objective:Treating stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ diabetic kidney disease with deficiency of spleen and kidney Yang with Qizhi Wuling Powder.Observing its effect on TCM syndrome scores and related laboratory indicators,consequently providing new methods for controlling progress of the disease.Methods:70 patients were collected who are diagnosed with stage III andⅣ diabetic kidney disease with deficiency of spleen and kidney Yang.The patients were randomly divided into Qizhi Wuling Powder treatment group(35 cases)and routine treatment group(35 cases).The routine treatment group was treated with a basic western medicine treatment plan while the Qizhi Wuling Powder treatment group was treated with Qizhi Wuling Powder as well as routine western medicine treatment.The treatment lasts for eight weeks.Observing the changes of two groups’ TCM syndrome points and some laboratory index,including major index,such as 24hUPQ,Scr,BUN,GFR,and secondary index,such as FPG,HbAlc,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,and CRP,as well as vital signs,three major vital signs routine,blood electrolytes,liver function and electrocardiogram.Analyzing the above data with SPSS.22.Results:1.The total effective rate was 74.29%in Qizhi Wuling Powder treatment group and 51.43%in routine treatment group,P<0.05.The curative effect of Qizhi Wuling Powder treatment group was better than that of routine treatment group.The TCM syndrome scores of both groups were obviously decreased after treatment(P<0.01)and the scores of Qizhi Wuling Powder treatment group was better than that of routine treatment group(P<0.05).2.In terms of renal function,the 24hUPQ and BUN in Qizhi Wuling Powder treatment group were improved after treatment(P<0.05),Scr and GFR were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01).routine treatment group’s GFR and Scr were better after treatment(P<0.05),while 24hUPQ and BUN were both P>0.05,which were not statistically significant.24hUPQ,Scr,BUN and GFR in Qizhi Wuling Powder treatment group were better than those in routine treatment group(P<0.05).In terms of blood glucose indicators,both groups’ FPG and HbAlc were decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.01).In addition,the Qizhi Wuling Powder treatment group was better than routine treatment group(P<0.05).In terms of blood lipids,both groups’ LDL-C were significantly improved(P<0.01),TC,TG and HDL-C were improved(P<0.05).The effect of treating LDL-C in Qizhi Wuling Powder treatment group was better than that in routine treatment group(P<0.05).While when it comes to HDL-C,TG,and TC,P>0.05,and there were not statistically significant.In terms of inflammation indicators,CRP levels in Qizhi Wuling Powder treatment group decreased after treatment(P<0.05),while there was no significant change in routine treatment group(P>0.05).Qizhi Wuling Powder treatment group was better than routine treatment group(P<0.05).3.During this experiment,there were no significant abnormalities in safety indicators of both two groups.Conclusion:Based on the basic treatment of western medicine,Qizhi Wuling Powder can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳdiabetic kidney disease patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney Yang.Qizhi Wuling Powder can improve renal function,control blood glucose,blood lipid,and inflammation indexes,consequently controlling the development of this disease.In addition,Qizhi Wuling Powder has good safety and no obvious adverse reactions,which deserves further study.
