The Clinical Effect Of Four Inverse Diabetes Prescription Combined With Auricular Point Pressing Beans On The Treatment Of Diabetes Mellitus Of Liver-Qi Stagnation Type With Anxiety State

Objective:Through observing the clinical effect of Four Inverse Diabetes prescription combined with Auricular Point Pressing Beans in the treatment of di abetes melli tus patients of Liver-Qi Stagnation type with anxiety state,it will be demostrated that some effective methods and drugs are treated diabetes mellitus of Liver-Qi Stagnation type with anxiety state,and they will provide a new objective basis for clinical application.Methods:The study included 90 patients diagnosed with di abetes mellitus patients with anxi ety state,were randomly divided into control group,experimental group A and group B,30 cases in each group.In addition to the corresponding basic treatment,the control group was treated with Flupent ixol and Melitracen Tablets,the experimental group A was treated with Four Inverse Diabetes prescription,and the experimental group B was treated with Four Inverse Diabetes prescri ption combined with Auricular Point Pressing Beans.There was one course of treatment for 4 weeks,and a total of 2 courses were observed.After two courses of treatment,fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,HbAlc,HAMA scale score and TCM symptom score of the three groups were compared.Conclusion:Four Inverse Diabetes prescription combined with Auricular Point Pressing Beans can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of diabetes mellitus patients of Liver-Qi Stagnation type with anxiety state,at the same time,reduce the blood sugar level to a certain extent,improve the quality of life of patients,reflecting the huge advantages of traditional Chinese medicine combined with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,which is worth clinical promotion.
