Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Primary Liver Cancer By Jianpiliqi Method Combined With TACE

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Jianpi Liqi Method combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)in the treatment of primary liver cancer.To provide a safe and effective method of integrated traditional Chincse and Western medicine for the comprehensive treatment of primary liver cancerMethods:This clinical trial followed a randomized controlled clinical study,was divided into TACE group and combined optimization group.TACE group:TACE+basic treatment;Percutaneous transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(tace)was used to embolize the tumor vessels with Lobaplatin for injection,epirubicin hydrochloride for injection and 5-20ml of Poppy Ethyl lipiodol suspension.At the same time,routine liver protection,anti-vomiting and other basic symptomatic support treatment.Combined Optimization group:On the basis of treatment of TACE group,syndrome differentiation belongs to "stagnation of liver-qi and deficiency of spleen",the prescription of Jianpi Liqi Method was added,after continuous medication for 4 weeks to observe the curative effect.A total of 64 cases were included,32 cases in the Combined Optimization group and 32 cases in the TACE group.The changes of lesion size,tumor markers,Tcm Syndrome score,Karnofsky score,body weight,incidence of adverse reactions and related safety indexes were observed and compared before and after treatmentResults:Combined Optimization group was better than TACE group in shrinking focus,reducing AFP level,improving TCM symptoms,increasing body weight and improving life quality,and have a certain role in reducing toxicity and increasing efficacy.However,there was no significant statistical difference between carcinoembryonic antigen and carbohydrate antigen 199.Conclusion:The comprehensive treatment mode of Jianpi Liqi Method combined with TACE is safe and effective,can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with primary liver cancer,improve the quality of life,reduce the focus,and have obvious advantages in reducing toxicity and enhancing efficacy.It provides an effective mode of treatment for primary liver cancer with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,and is worth popularizing and applying.
