Clinical Study On Yunpi Guben Decoction In Treating Childhood Cough Variant Asthma In Remission Period (Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney)

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Yishen Decoction on children with cough variant asthma in remission(spleen and kidney deficiency type),make an objective evaluation,and study whether it can prevent cough variant asthma attacks and improve lung function.Methods:In this study,60 children with cough variant asthma in the remission period(spleen and kidney deficiency type)were divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.Ketone treatment,2 courses of treatment(4 weeks as a course of treatment),observation for 6 months,statistical analysis of indicators of TCM syndrome,lung function(peak flow rate),seizures after treatment in two groups of children,Objectively evaluate its clinical efficacy.Results:After treatment,after 6 months of observation and follow-up,the treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of TCM syndrome scores,seizures after treatment,and total effective rate(P<0.05).During the test,neither group had any clinical allergies and adverse reactions,and there were no abnormalities in myocardial enzymes,liver and kidney function tests.Conclusion:Yunpi Guben Decoction has a significant therapeutic effect on children with cough variant asthma in the remission period(spleen and kidney deficiency type),which can effectively improve the children’s TCM syndromes and lung function(peak flow rate)and reduce the number of attacks.Especially in TCM syndromes and reducing the onset of the disease,it is significantly better than the co-sufenone treatment group.
