Therapeutic Effect Of Buqihuoxue Decoction On Prevention Of Recurrence Of Endometrial Polyps With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Research Background:Endometrial Polyp(EP)is one of the most common gynecological diseases,and it is also a common cause of abnormal uterine bleeding.At the same time,it will cause menorrhagia,prolonged menstruation,infertility and so on.According to foreign reports,the prevalence of endometrial polyps(EP)is 7.8%-34.9%,which is common in women over 35 years old.The inci dence rate increases wi th age.Hysteroscopic resection of polyps(TCRP)is the main treatment of endometrial polyps.However,the recurrence rate was still high(6.2%-29%).Therefore,the use of drugs to prevent recurrence of TCRP in women wi th endometrial polyps is a hot research topic.Research Objective:Buqi Huoxue decoction was applied to the patients with endometrial polyps of qi deficiency and blood stasis type after hysteroscopy.Before and after the treatment,the symptoms,menstruation,thickness of endometrial polyps,recurrence of endometrial polyps were observed,and the curative effect and clinical advantages of traditional Chinesemedicine in preventing recurrence of endometrial polyps after hysteroscopy were evaluated Road.Research Methods:60 cases of endometrial polyps in Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into two groups:30 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group.In the experimental group,30 patients took Buqihuoxue Decoction+ didroprogesterone(daputong)on the 5th day and the 5th day of the 2nd menstrual cycle after hysteroscopy for 20 days.In the control group,30 patients only took didroxyprogesterone(daptol)on the 5th day after hysteroscopy and the 5th day of the 2nd menstrual cycle after operation for 20 days.Contraception was used in both the experimental group and the control group.The safety indexes,endometrial thickness,recurrence of endometrial polyp,menstrual period,quantity,color and quality,TCM syndrome score and clinical efficacy judgment of the two groups were observed before and after the operation,and the data were imported into SPSS 25.0 software for data processing.Among them,measurement data are described by mean ± standard deviation,normal measurement data are compared by t-test,count data by chi square test(χ2),rank data by nonparametric rank sum test(Ridit analysis).Statistical P<0.05 will be considered statistically different,P<0.01 has a very significant difference in statistics,P>0.05 has no difference in statistics.Research Results:There were 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the experimental group.There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,endometrial thickness before treatment,ech of endometrium indicated by ultrasound before treatment,TCM syndrome score before treatment,score of abnormal uterine bleeding before operation,score of prolonged menstruation before operation,score of increased menstruation before operation,score of abnormal menstrual color and quality before operation(P>0.05)Difference,indicating comparability.The endometrial thicknes,recurrence rate of endometrial polyps,TCM symptom score,TCM Syndrome Distribution and efficacy evaluation of the experimental group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Buqi Huoxue Decoction Combined with didroxyprogesterone is better than that of didroxyprogesterone alone in preventing the recurrence of endometrial polyps of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.It can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of the patients with endometrial polyp of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.There are few adverse reactions and it is safe to take it for a long time.
