The Clinical Observation Of Yishen Huoxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Hypomenorrhea Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Huoxue Decoction in treating hypomenorrhea of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,and to evaluate its therapeutic effect,so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of this diseaseMethods:Random number table method was used to divide 60 patients with hypomenorrhea of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type into two groups,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Yishen Huoxue Decoction,while the control group was treated with Qi Li n pills and Tiaoji ng Yimu capsules.After three menstrual cycles of continuous treatment,the changes in clinical symptoms and indicators of the two groups were observed and stati stically analyzed to compare the diff erence in effi cacy between the two groups.Results:The clinical effective rate was 90.0%in the treatment group and 80.0%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The menstrual blood volume,endometrial thickness and serum estradiol level of the two groups were notably increased after treatment compared with baseline,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in menstrual cycle before and after treatment or between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were notably lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Yishen Huoxue Decoction has a better curative effect on the treatment of hypomenorrhea of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,which can improve clinical symptoms,increase endometrial thickness,increase serum estradiol level,which is worth to be promoted in clinical applications.
