Clinical Observation On Treating Hypertensive Early Renal Damage Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type With Yishen Huoxue Tongluo Decoction

Objectives By observing and comparing the changes of clinical symptoms,blood pressure,urinary microalbumin/urinary creatinine(UACR),serum cystatin C(Cys C)and urinary β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,to evaluate and analyze the therapeutic effect of Yishen Huoxue Tongluo decoction on treating hypertensive early renal damage of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 78 patients were selected according to the integration and elimination standard.78 patients were randomly divided into two groups,39 in the control group and39 in the treatment group.The control group was treated with general life intervention combined with oral irbesartan tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Yishen Huoxue Tongluo decoction on the basis of the control group.The changes of blood pressure,urinary microalbumin/urinary creatinine,serum cystatin C and urinary β2-microglobulin,TCM syndrome score and safety indexes of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.The observation period was 8 weeks.Finally,SPSS23.0statistical software was used to analyze the data,to explore the clinical efficacy of Yishen Huoxue Tongluo decoction on treating hypertensive early renal damage of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Results 1 There were 78 patients in the group,8 cases fell off during the treatment,and finally 70 patients were included.Before treatment,the patients’ age,gender,course of disease,blood pressure,efficacy indicators and safety indicators were compared(P > 0.05),the difference was not statistically significant,and the two groups were comparable.2Blood pressure: after treatment,the blood pressure of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the decrease range of blood pressure in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).3 Laboratory indexes:urinary microalbumin / urinary creatinine,serum cystatin C and urinary β2-microglobulin decreased(P < 0.05),and the decline level of indexes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).4 The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine: 91.43% in the treatment group and 71.43% in the control group.The effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).5 TCM symptom score: after treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms in the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group had better curative effect(P < 0.05),and it was better than the control group in improving mental fatigue,waist and knee pain,foam,edema and skin nail fault in the urine(P < 0.05).6 Safety indicators: there were no abnormalities in blood,urine,stool routine,liver and kidney function and ECG before and after treatment in the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusions 1 Yishen Huoxue Tongluo decoction combined with routine western medicine treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms such as fatigue,pain in the waist and knee,urine and foam,edema and skin nail malfunction in patients with early renal damage,reduce the TCM syndrome score of patients with early renal damage,improve renal function,thereby delaying the progression of early renal damage in hypertension,and its therapeutic effect is better than that of conventional western medicine alone.2 Yishen Huoxue Tongluo decoction combined with western medicine can reduce urinary microalbumin/urinary creatinine,serum cystatin C and urinary β2-microglobulin,can effectively control the blood pressure level of patients and protect renal function.Figure 0;Table 13;Reference 102...
