| Objective:We aimed to explore the characteristics and the TCM Syndromes of hypertension in low-aged adults, and to analyze the correlation between the factors of Five Movements and Six Climates that affect the patients and the laboratory indexes,as well as the main syndromes,in order to clarify the practical value of the Five Movements and Six Climates theory in the prevention and treatment of hypertension, and to provide new ideas and methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases, based on the theory of Five Movements and Six Climates. Methods:Collecting information of the inpatient medical records of the eligible patients, that admitted to the affiliated hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2014 to 2019,and use Excel 2016 to establish the database. Then, according to the pregnancy date calculated by the birth date to divide the groups, analyzed the data with statistical method, and picked out the main congenital factors that affect the disease and syndrome type.Explore the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes and the relationship between them and the laboratory indexes.Results:1 We included 217 patients finally, the number of male patients was about three times that of female patients.Their age ranged from 20 to 40 years old, mainly between 36-40 years old.The main syndrome types were Liver-Yang Hyperactivity Syndrome and Phlegm-Turbid Syndrome. The differences of gender, age and syndrome type were statistically significant(P<0.05)2 The main factors affecting the number of patients included the year of Taizhi, the Qi of Celestial Manager was Shaoyin Junhuo(the Qi of Yangming Zaojin was in the Earth)and the Ke Qi was Taiyin Shitu. The highest number of patients was in the year of Taizhi, the Qi of Celestial Manager was Shaoyin Junhuo(the Qi of Yangming Zaojin was in the Earth)and the Ke Qi was Taiyin Shitu, the lowest of that was in the year of Taiyu.Their differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3 The main factors affecting the number of different TCM Syndromes included the year of Taizhi, the year of Shaoyu, the Qi of Celestial Manager was Shaoyin Junhuo(the Qi of Yangming Zaojin was in the Earth)and the Qi of Celestial Manager was Yangming Zaojin(the Qi of Shaoyin Junhuo was in the Earth). The highest number of number of the Liver-Yang Hyperactivity Syndrome were in the year of Taizhi, the Qi of Celestial Manager was Shaoyin Junhuo(the Qi of Yangming Zaojin was in the Earth),while that of the Phlegm-Turbid Syndrome were in the year of Shaoyu, the Qi of Celestial Manager was Yangming Zaojin(the Qi of Shaoyin Junhuo was in the Earth). The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).4 There was no significant correlation(P>0.05)between the main congenital factors and laboratory indexes, and between the main syndrome types and laboratory indexes. But there was a certain degree of correlation trend.Compared with other laboratory indexes, the correlation between HDL-C level and the number of patients with different syndrome types, were more obvious(P value was much closer to 0.05).Conclusion:1 The gender of low-aged patients with hypertension was mainly males, most of them were 36 to 40 years old.The main syndrome types were the Liver-Yang Hyperactivity Syndrome and the Phlegm-Turbid Syndrome.2 The main factors affecting the number of patients included the year of Taizhi, the Qi of Celestial Manager was Shaoyin Junhuo(the Qi of Yangming Zaojin was in the Earth)and the Ke Qi was Taiyin Shitu were the main factors affecting the number of patients.3 The main factors affecting the number of the Liver-Yang Hyperactivity Syndrome were the year of Taizhi, the Qi of Celestial Manager was Shaoyin Junhuo(the Qi of Yangming Zaojin was in the Earth),that of the Phlegm-Turbid Syndrome were the year of Shaoyu, the Qi of Celestial Manager was Yangming Zaojin(the Qi of Shaoyin Junhuo was in the Earth).4 There was some degree of correlation between blood lipid and the number of patients,as well as the syndrome types of low-aged patients, especially the level of HDL-C,whose correlation needs to be explored by further research. |
