The Relationship Between Five Movements And Six Climates Endowment And The Pathogenesis Law Of "Congenital Latent Cold" Symptom Patients

Objective: Through the retrospective investigation and analysis of the case data of patients with " congenital latent cold " syndrome,based on the theory of movements and climates in traditional Chinese medicine,focusing on this special syndrome,the influence of the luck characteristics of patients during birth and fetal pregnancy on the occurrence of "congenital latent cold" syndrome was explored,and the intrinsic correlation between the occurrence of "congenital latent cold" syndrome was found to support the objectivity of the "congenital latent cold" syndrome.Provide guidance on clinical diagnosis and prevention,maintenance and medication,health management,etc.Methods: 1.Collect the information of patients who visit the outpatient clinic of our cardiologist to establish a database.2.Screen the cases according to the criteria for diagnosis and selection,and preliminarily explore the tendency of the movements and climates characteristics of the patients with this syndrome through pre-trial.3.The data of150 patients from the pre-trial medical records were selected as the "congenital latent cold" group,and 150 patients who were not "congenital latent cold" syndrome during the same period were selected as the control group.4.Movements and climates deduction and code transformation of data.5.Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the distribution status of luck climates in the two groups of patients,and chi-square test was performed.6.Apply logistic regression analysis to screen out the key movements and climates affecting the occurrence of diseases in each system.Results:1.Pre-experimental conclusion(1)General situation: According to the criteria for diagnosis and inclusion,and exclusion criteria,a total of 711 patients with this syndrome were collected.There were 505 women and 206 men.The youngest age is 16 years and the maximum age is 89 years,with an average age of 51.00±13.476 years.Age distribution: middle-aged> youth> elderly > teenagers.(2)Movements and climates: The birth period of the heavenly stem is Gui,the earth branch is Xu,the movement of the year is fire deficiency,the main movement is nimiety Jue,the guest movement is nimiety Yu,the main climate is Jue yin wind wood,the guest climate is Shao yang phase fire,the climate of heaven is Tai yang cold water,the climate of earth is Tai yin wet soil accounted for the highest proportion.During the fetal pregnancy period,the heavenly stem is Ji,the earth branch is Mao and Hai,the movement of the year is soil deficiency,the main movement is deficient Gong,the guest movement is impiety Yu,the main climate Shao yang phase fire,the guest climate is Yang ming dry gold,the climate of heaven is Yang ming dry gold,the climate of earth is Shao yin monarch fire accounted for the highest proportion.There were statistical differences between the two periods in the heavenly stem,the movement of the year and the main movement,there was no statistical difference in the remaining movements and climates.2.Clinical trial conclusions(1)General situation: 150 patients were included in the "congenital latent cold" group and the control group.There were 112 females and 38 males in the "congenital latent cold" group;There were 79 females and 71 males in the control group.There were statistical differences between groups.The youngest age of both groups was 22 years old and the maximum age was 83 years old,the average age of the "congenital latent cold" group was57.33±13.476 years old,and the average age of the control group was 53.68±12.021 years old,and there was no statistical difference between the groups.Age distribution of "congenital latent cold" group: middle-aged > young > elderly,and the age distribution of control group: middle-aged >elderly >youth.There were statistical differences between groups.(2)Movements and climates: The birth period of the heavenly stem is Geng,the earth branch is Hai Zi Xu,the movement of the year is impiety gold,the main movement is deficient Gong,the guest movement is impiety Shang,the main climate is Shao yin monarch fire,the guest climate is Jue yin wind wood,the climate of heaven is Jue yin wind wood,the climate of earth is Shao yang phase fire,the "congenital latent cold" syndrome of patients is the highest.During the fetal pregnancy period,the heavenly stem is Ji,the earth branch is Hai,the movement of the year is soil deficiency,the main movement is nimiety Zhi,the guest movement is nimiety Shang,the main climate is Yang ming dry gold,the guest climate is Yang ming dry gold,the climate of earth is Shao yang phase fire,the "congenital latent cold" syndrome of patients is the highest.There were differences in the distribution of innate movement endowments between the "congenital latent cold" group and the control group in the pregnancy heavenly stem,the pregnancy earth branch,the pregnancy movement of the year,the pregnancy main movement,but there was no difference in the remaining movement climates.(3)In the logistic regression analysis,the occurrence of the "congenital latent cold" syndrome was correlated with the pregnancy heavenly stem,and there was no difference in the remaining movement climates.Conclusion: The pregnancy heavenly stem is correlated with the occurrence of "congenital latent cold" syndrome,compared with Geng heavenly stem,Gue heavenly stem,Yi heavenly stem,Bing heavenly stem,Ding heavenly stem,Ji heavenly stemare,which is the protective climates of "congenital latent cold" syndrome patients,there are negatively correlated,and the rest of the heavenly stem is meaningless.
