| Objective:To study the relationship between the yunqi characteristics carried by the patients with cervical spondylosis at birth and pregnancy and the incidence of cervical spondylosis through the statistical analysis of the collected inpatient medical records in the Department of Spinal Surgery of Wuxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The risk prediction score system of cervical spondylosis was constructed according to the inherent yunqi characteristics, and to investigate the prevention of cervical spondylosis through individual congenital yunqi endowment. Methods:To establish a total of six years of spinal department daily admission of patients with disease database of Wuxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2014 to December 31,2019.The collected medical records were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and classified into cervical spondylosis group and non-cervical spondylosis group. Then the patient’s birth and pregnancy date were transformed into the five movements and six climates attribute, the pregnancy date calculated by birth time.SPSS software was used for descriptive analysis of the yunqi distribution of patients with cervical spondylosis, and chi-square test was performed in turn. Then, the binary logistic regression method was used to screen out the key yunqi factors affecting the incidence of cervical spondylosis. Finally, the above results were input into the R software, and the Logistic regression model was established by its own function package to draw the nomogram,so as to establish the risk prediction system of cervical spondylosis.Resuits:The significant correlation was found between the occurrence of cervical spondylosis and congenital yunqi in the Sitian(Zaiquan)of qi,the Zhuqi of pregnancy, and the statistical p-value was below 0.05.At the same time, the Shaoyang Xianghuo,Jueyin Fengmu,Yangming Zaojin of qi was found that is the most dangerous factor of cervical spondylosis through the nomogram further analysis. Conclusion:The results suggested that the congenital yunqi endowment of cervical spondylosis patients at birth and pregnancy has a certain correlation with the incidence of cervical spondylosis. |
