Clinical Study On Shugan Hewei Zhike Decoction In The Treatment Of Gastroesophageal Reflux Cough

Objecti ve:To investigate the safety feasibility of Shugan Hewei Zhike Decoction combined with standard anti-regurgitation drugs in the treatment of reflux cough of liver and stomach Qi stagnation syndrome,and to evaluate whether the combined use of single anti-regurgitation therapy can improve the curative effect of TCM syndromes,improve airway inflammation and reduce the recurrence rate,with a view to providing scientific basis for further guiding the cl inical practice of traditional Chinese medi cine in this disease.Methods:60 patient s with gastroesophageal reflux cough who met the study criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 patients in control group were given standard anti-regurgitat i on treatment(omeprazole enteric-coated capsule,domperidone),and 30 patients in treatment group were combined with Shugan Hewei Zhike Decoction on the basis of standard anti-regurgitation treatment.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.To evaluate the changes of TCM syndrome score and airway inflammatory cell ratio before and after treatment within 1 week after the end of the course of treatment,the patients were followed up for 8 weeks to compare the recurrence rate.Results:(1)The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in terms of the efficacy of single symptoms of cough,expectoration,acid-swelling,heartburn,belching,emotional discomfort,and poor defecation,P<0.05;The effect of epigastric bloating or distending pain,P>0.05.(2)The total effective rate was 83.3%in the control group and 96.7%in the treatment group,the difference was significant,P<0.05.(3)The proportion of airway neutrophils decreased after treatment in both groups,and the decrease in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,P<0.05.(4)There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups in 60 patients who were successfully treated for 8 weeks,P>0.05.(5)8 weeks follow-up after treatment,the recurrence rate of cough in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Shugan Hewei Zhike Decoction is a safe and effective prescription for treating gastroesophageal reflux cough.Shugan Hewei Zhike Decoction combined with standard anti-regurgitation drugs to treat the disease,can effectively relieve the patients comprehensive symptoms,improve airway inflammation,small adverse reactions and low recurrence rate.
