Heweizhike Decoction In The Treatment Of Gastroeophageal Relfux-related Chronic Cough (Disharmony Between Liver And Stomach Type) Clinical Study

Objective: To observe the clinical effect and stomach Zhike Decoction on disharmonybetween liver and stomach type of gastroesophageal reflux induced cough.Method: Income finishing60clinical cases of gastroesophageal reflux cough(disharmony between liver and stomach type) patients were randomly divided into two groups,the:30cases of the control group, the treatment group with30cases in each group, controlgroup was given Pan Duoli ketone; treatment group given self and gastric Zhike decoction.The two groups were treated for one month, two groups were continuous observation of twocourses, integrated assessment, and the two group has curative effect comparison. Two groupswere observed before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms, signs of gastroscopy, andafter treatment.Result: the effective rate of treatment in the two groups were compared, the treatmentgroup:90%, significantly better than the control group70%, the statistical methods of dataanalysis using comparative medicine, P value of less than0.05, that there was significantdifference between two groups. The two groups of patients were treated before and after thechange of clinical symptoms, signs have different levels, and the treatment group wassignificantly better than the control group, the P value is less than0.05.Conclusion: Self and gastric Zhike decoction can obviously improve the GERC(disharmony between liver and stomach type) in patients with clinical symptoms, physicalsigns.
