Analysis And Countermeasure Research On Clinical Diagnosis And Treatment Of County-Level Hospitals In China

ObjectiveBased on the theory and practice of Second Opinion,this paper aims to explore the problems and causes in the diagnosis and treatment of county-level hospitals,and make recommendations for enhancing the diagnosis and treatment capabilities of county-level hospitals in China.Methods1.Through the literature analysis method,sort out the basic concepts and main connotations of disease Second Opinion,and summarize the domestic and foreign disease Second Opinion effect evaluation research and conclusions.2.Through the descriptive statistical analysis method,take the diagnosis results of clinical experts in the Second Opinion service as the gold standard,and calculate the statistical inconsistency rate and treatment inconsistency rate to obtain the practical effect of typical cases of Second Opinion in China.3.Through qualitative data analysis,randomly select disease re-diagnosis cases as on-site observation samples,sort out and record the dialogues between the re-diagnosis doctor and the first doctor,and sort out the problems in the diagnosis and treatment of county-level hospitals in China.4.Through expert interview method,based on sorting out the problems in the diagnosis and treatment of county-level hospitals,taking the cause as interview theme,and Second Opinion doctors as interviewees,conducting expert interviews and sorting out the specific reasons.Results1.Sort out the concept,connotation and research status of Second Opinion.This part uses the method of literature review to sort out the relevant theoretical basis of Second Opinion and introduce the concept connotation,development process,function significance and effect evaluation of Second Opinion.2.Analyze the practical effect of the typical case of Second Opinion in China.Descriptive statistical analysis is used to calculate the inconsistency rate of diagnosis and treatment plan.3.Analyze the main problems in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of county-level hospitals in China.Qualitative data analysis method is used to analyze and refine the text data of the Second Opinion service.4.Analyze the reasons of problems in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of county-level hospitals.This part uses expert interviews.The interviews mainly include the causes of the problems exposed by doctors in the county-level hospitals during the practice of Second Opinion and related suggestions.ConclusionThis research is based on the theory and practice of Second Opinion,which is of great significance for accurately identifying the weak points of doctors’ diagnosis and treatment in county-level hospitals.Doctors at the county-level hospitals still have weaknesses in Basic theoretical knowledge,interrogation skills,reading skills,and diagnostic thinking.Related reasons include academic level,clinical experience,and continuing education.Based on this,suggestions are proposed in order to fundamentally improve the medical service level of doctors at county-level hospitals and provide better quality medical services for people in the county.suggestions1.Enrich medical education training model and enhance professional skills of medical staff.2.Strengthen and improve the continuing medical education in county-level hospitals.3.Improve the incentive and guarantee mechanism of the medical talent team and promote the stability and development of the medical talent team.
