In recent years,China’s economic development has shown a " new normal" characterized by " medium to high speed","excellent structure" and " new power".The external environment and internal conditions have undergone profound changes.The mode,structure and power of economic development have shifted from traditional growth points to new growth points,bringing new opportunities and challenges to non-public medical institutions.Shandong Municipal Hospital Holding Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as " Shanyi Group")has achieved rapid development through scientific management mode and combined resource advantages and has become the largest non-public medical group in Shandong Province.Under the "new normal" of the economy,how to grasp the great opportunity of the country to deepen the reform of the medical and health system and implement a healthy China strategy,make a reasonable plan for the group’s strategic development,further clarify the development direction,and promote the group’s transformation and development in the wave of reform and development become the key to the group’s strategic management.Based on the development and current situation of Shanyi Group,this paper comprehensively applies the theories and methods of strategic management,analyzes the internal and external environment of Shanyi Group,the advantages and disadvantages of the group’s development and the opportunities and threats it faces,and uses value chain analysis,PEST analysis,five forces model and other tools to comprehensively analyze the group’s operating environment.In the part of strategic planning,according to factors such as domestic and foreign economic environment and fierce market competition of non-public medical industry,and in combination with the current development situation of Shanyi Group,SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the relationship between internal competitiveness and external environment of the Group,identify opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages in the development process,and guide the Group to strengthen its core competitiveness.Take the transformation and upgrading strategy of" branding" and "diversification":First,non-public medical institutions are in the primary stage of development,with the characteristics of wide distribution,rapid development and small scale.Most non-public medical institutions are in the period of benefit supremacy of " bowing their heads and rushing ahead",ignoring the construction of brand culture;Second,due to the lack of sufficient financial support,it is difficult for most non-public medical institutions to take a "big and complete" comprehensive development path in their development.From the beginning of their establishment,they focused their services on specialty shortage items with high profits and large market demand.They mainly provided specialty services to specific patient groups and could not form a diversified service chain.In view of this,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the strategic transformation and upgrading of Shanyi Group.At the same time,private hospitals have many similarities.Through the use of the basic methods of strategic research,they conduct theoretical and empirical analysis of Shanji Group,make some positive explorations on strategic issues,and propose strategies that are suitable for the development trend of the industry and match them.Specific measures and recommendations.
