A Study On Strategic Management About ABD Hospital

In recent years,with the gradual liberalization of national policy,China’s private hospitals have shown rapid growth in both quantity and quality,the competition between similar players is becoming increasingly fierce,coupled with the strength of public hospitals,individual private hospitals in the development of enormous pressure.But the current favorable political,economic and social environment for the development of private hospitals,there are great opportunities and challenges.Individual private hospitals want to seek development in the midst of fierce competition and pressure,it is necessary to review the times and develop a strategic development plan in line with their own.The research object selected in this article,ABD Hospital,was transformed from a specialist private hospital to a general hospital.Due to the addition of multiple departmental services,the original effective resources were dispersed,coupled with the increasingly fierce market competition,the hospital development slowed down.,Entered a bottleneck period.With multiple businesses coexisting,the hospital is facing a strategic problem of how to allocate resources to new and old businesses with limited resources.After analyzing the current status of the operation and the internal and external environment,the paper uses SWOT tools to compare SO strategies as the overall strategy of the hospital.Then introduce the Boston Matrix to analyze the parametric variables of each business data.Through the analysis method of the Boston Matrix,it is clear that the diversified business portfolio strategy is a business strategy consistent with the hospital’s own development.Finally,according to its strategic plan,relevant implementation measures and safeguard measures are proposed to guide and ensure the smooth implementation of the strategic plan.Through the strategic research of ABD hospital,this article not only formulates a strategic plan for the hospital that meets its current situation,and points out the direction for its future development.In addition,for ABD hospitals that are in the bottleneck of development and face resource allocation The development of private hospitals is of reference significance.
