Background and Purpose:Shared nurses are the product of the era that combines the sharing economy with the background of"Internet+medicine".Its emergence allows users to enjoy high-quality home care without leaving home.Shared nurses in China are still in the early stages of development, and social recognition and public acceptance are generally low. Therefore,it is important for the survival and development of shared nurse to improve user experience and make users accept and continue to use.Based on technology acceptance theory, expectation confirmation theory, and perceived risk theory, this study constructed a research model of users’continuance intention to use shared nurse, explores the effects of technical factors, subjective perception factors, and risk factors on users’continuance intention, and analyzes the relationship between those variables. On this basis, optimization suggestions and service improvement strategies are put forward to improve the users’service satisfaction, and then provide empirical evidence for the sustainable development of shared nurses in the field of home care. Methods:This study used a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research to explore the factors that influencing the users’continuance intention of using shared nurse.(1)Literature analysis:Review and analyze related literature on shared nurse platforms, mobile medical equipment, medical information systems, and establish TAM/ECM and perceived risk theory as the theoretical basis for the research.Refine research variables, make theoretical assumptions, and build research models.(2)Questionnaire preparation:After two-way translation and expert discussion of foreign related mature scales, the first draft of the scale was established. The reliability and validity of 100 samples are tested by exploratory factor analysis, and the final version is established after item deletion.(3)Empirical research:Using self-designed questionnaires, empirical analysis of the model through the collected 373 questionnaires of elderly users to verify the rationality and applicability of the model, based on which optimization countermea-sures and improvement suggestions are proposed.(4)Statistical methods:Using SPSS 25 software to analyze user baseline data, and AMOS 25 software for empirical analysis.Cronbach’sαcoefficient represents the total reliability of the scale,AVE value test convergent validity,AVE arithmetic square root value test discriminating effect degree,χ~2/df,root-mean-square error of approximation(RMSEA)/root of the mean square residual(RMR)/goodness of fit index(GFI)/adjust goodness of fit index(AGFI)/compare fit index(CFI)to test the fitness of the model.Results:(1)Literature analysis:Refine the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, satisfaction, expectation confirmation, perceived risk, and continuance intention as research variables.(2)Questionnaire setting:The questionnaire was divided into two parts, the basic information of the users’of shared nurse and the users’measurement scale, with a total of 39 test items, using the Likert 5-level scoring method.(3)Pre-investigation results:After deleting 2 items with insignificant load,39items remain. The KMO value of the second exploratory factor analysis was 0.62,Bartlett’s sphericity test P<0.001,and the degree of commonality of all items was greater than 0.20.The factors were extracted by principal components and obliquely rotated, and 11 factors with characteristic roots greater than 1 were extracted, cumulatively The variance contribution rate was 73.07%,and the results of exploratory factor analysis conformed to the research’s presupposition of variables.(4)Reliability and validity:Cronbach’sαcoefficients of all dimensions are greater than 0.7,the reliability of the total scale is 0.907,and the CR is greater than0.7.The AVE of the scale is greater than 0.5.The square root value of AVE of all latent variables ranged from 0.734 to 0.865,and they were all greater than the correlation coefficient between the latent variable and other variables.(5)Model fit:χ~2/df=1.03,RMSEA=0.01,RMR=0.02,GFI=0.92,AGFI=0.9,CFI=0.98.(6)Hypothesis test result:Except that the hypothesis H11 is not established, all other hypotheses are established.Among them,it is expected to confirm that it positively affects the perceived ease of use(β=0.607,P<0.001),and both have a positive effect on the perceived usefulness and satisfaction(β=0.486;β=0.476,P<0.001);Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive effect on continuance intention(β=0.184;β=0.447,P<0.05);Perceived risk has a negative effect on perceived usefulness and continuance intention(β=-0.628;β=-0.428,P<0.001);perceived usefulness and satisfaction both play a mediating effect in expectation confirmation and continuance intention(Estimate is 0.246,0.117,95%of the the confidence interval does not contain 0).Conclusion:(1)The self-developed questionnaire in this study has good reliability and validity, which can be used to investigate the users’continuance intention of shared nurse, and the theoretical model has a good fit,as well as the research hypothesis is reasonable.Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, satisfaction, expectation confirmation, and perceived risk variables can be expected to be used to predict the users’continuance intention of shared nurse.(2)According to the research results, this paper proposes corresponding coping strategies and management measures from the two perspectives of platform technical characteristics and user psychological perception characteristics. The government, related enterprises, and medical structures should consider the above influencing factors, and continually innovate to match users’needs for shared nurses, provides the users with a better continuous nursing experience,so as to jointly promote the sustainable development of the shared nurse industry.
