Objective: to understand the eyesight situation of junior middle school students in Shanxi Normal University and analyze the main causes of myopia;to explore the effect of badminton + healthy eyesight course education combined intervention on improving the eyesight habits,living habits,left and right eyesight of junior middle school students with pseudomyopia,to find out the best way to improve the binocular eyesight of junior middle school students with pseudomyopia and promote its application.Methods: 1.Literature review: to understand the research status of badminton practice in myopia and eye health education in myopia.Through the questionnaire,to understand the visual acuity and eye hygiene of some students with pseudomyopia in Experimental Middle School of Shanxi Normal University.Experiment method: 80 students of pseudomyopia in the first grade of Experimental Middle School of Shanxi Normal University were selected as the subjects,and divided into four groups by class grouping:badminton exercise intervention group,eye health education intervention group,badminton exercise and eye health education combined intervention group and control group.Badminton training intervention group: eight weeks of training,three times a week,one hour each time.Eye health education intervention group: eight weeks of eye behavior intervention,teacher supervision of students,students group mutual supervision and correction,weekly report summary.Badminton exercise and eye health education combined intervention group: 8weeks of badminton training and eye health education,other conditions and badminton exercise intervention group,eye health education is the same.The control group did not participate in badminton practice and eye health education,other conditions were basically the same as the three experimental groups.The eyes of the subjects were measured before and after the experiment with the light box "e" type vision table.4.Mathematical statistics:SPSS17.0 and Excel software were used to sort out,analyze and statistically process the collected data,and the data before and after the experiment were compared between groups and within groups.Results: in terms of improving the eye habits and living habits of junior middle school students with pseudomyopia: before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of eye health and living habits of junior middle school students with pseudomyopia among the four groups(P > 0.05);after the intervention of eye health education,there was no difference in the scores of eye habits and living habits of junior middle school students with pseudomyopia between the experimental group I and the experimental group There was a significant difference(P > 0.05).The scores of eye habits and living habits of junior middle school students in experimental group 2 and experimental group3 were significantly higher than those before the experiment(P < 0.05).The scores of eye habits and living habits of junior middle school students in experimental group 2 and experimental group 3 were significantly higher than those in experimental group 1 and experimental group 4(P < 0.05)Compared with the scores of the two groups in the experimental group,there was a significant improvement(P < 0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05);2 After 8 weeks of experiment,the visual acuity in the badminton training intervention group was significantly improved compared with that before the experiment(P < 0.01),the average visual acuity of the left eye was increased from 4.53 to 4.68,and the average visual acuity of the right eye was increased from 4.51 to 4.63.The visual acuity of the students in the eye health education group was significantly improved compared with that before the experiment(P < 0.05),the average visual acuity of the students in the left eye was increased from 4.52 to 4.61,and the average visual acuity of the students in the right eye was increased from 4.50 to 4.59.The visual acuity of the students in the joint intervention group of badminton practice and eye health education was significantly improved compared with that before the experiment(P <0.01),the visual acuity of the left eye was increased from 4.54 to 4.73,and the visual acuity of the right eye was increased from 4.53 to 4.70.The visual acuity of the left and right eyes of the students in the control group had no significant difference compared with that before the experiment and had a slow downward trend(P < 0.05).The average visual acuity of the left eye decreased from 4.54 to 4.51 before the experiment,and the average visual acuity of the right eye decreased from 4.52 to 4.48 before the experiment.The results of the comparison among the four groups showed that the effect of improving the visual acuity of the junior middle school students with pseudomyopia in the three experimental groups was better than that in the control group,and the effect of improving the left eye of the junior middle school students with pseudomyopia The visual acuity of the right eye was better than that of the experimental group one,and that of the experimental group three was better than that of the experimental group two.3.At the end of the experiment,the average visual acuity of the left and right eyes in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.01),and the visual acuity of the left and right eyes in the experimental group was higher than that in the experimental group I,and the visual acuity of the left and right eyes in the experimental group was higher than that in the experimental group II.Conclusion: through 8 weeks of experimental intervention,we found that the effect of badminton practice combined with eye health education on improving the eye habits,living habits and binocular vision of junior middle school students with pseudomyopia is better than that of badminton practice alone,eye health education alone,and the effect of maintaining vision improvement after the end of the experiment is better than that of badminton practice alone Pure eye health education intervention.Therefore,if the pseudo myopia junior high school students want to really improve their eyesight in the long term,they should stick to the joint intervention of badminton practice and eye health education for a long time.Otherwise,even if they achieve the effect of improving eyesight in the short term,they will rebound with the stop of joint intervention of eye health and badminton.adminton.
