Study On The Distribution Of Syndrome Elements And The Rule Of Drug Use In The Medical Records Of Yang Deficiency Constitution In Clinical Guide

Objective:Through sorting out the medical records of Yang deficiency constitution and its related theories in the Clinical Guide Medical Records,Using data analysis and mining methods,statistical analysis of the distribution of syndrome elements and medication rules,in order to summarize the relevant prevention and treatment of yang deficiency constitution,for clinical yang deficiency physique regulation and related disease prevention and diagnosis and treatment to provide reference.Methods:To search and screen the medical records of yang deficiency constitution in Chinese Medical Code,and to construct the database of yangdeficiency constitution and its prescription database,After preprocessing the data,we use the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform to import the relevant database and carry on the statistical analysis,such as the statistics of diseases,symptoms,pulse and syndrome elements involved in TCM,statistics of drugs four qi,five flavor,meridian tropism and efficacy;Association rules and unsupervised clustering method were used to analyze the related data,and the combination of related syndromes and drug core combinations were obtained.Results:1 Distribution of Syndrome Elements: 56 cases of Yang Deficiency Constitution in Clinical Guide Medical Records,involving 18 diseases,The most common symptoms are cough,diarrhea,cold,blood,phlegm,edema,loose,common pulse for small,string,sink,wet,weak,micro.Among them,52 medical records explicitly mention disease syndrome elements,involving 20 kinds of disease syndrome factors,mainly Yang deficiency,drinking,dampness,phlegm,cold and water.Among them,43 medical records clearly mention disease syndrome elements,involving 15 kinds of disease syndrome element,mainly stomach,spleen and kidney.The combination of syndrome elements supported by 8is yang deficiency,stomach;Stomach,wet;Yang deficiency,drink;Stomach,spleen;Drink,phlegm;Yang deficiency,spleen;Yang deficiency,wet.The related syndrome elements with a confidence of 0.6 were sputum → drinking;Wet → stomach;Stomach → yang deficiency.2 Medication rule: 56 medical records were collected,68 prescriptions were included,and 125 herbs were included.Commonly used medicine to poria cocos,ginseng,ginger,atractylodes,pinellia,tangerine peel,aconite,root licorice,cassia twig,jujube,ginger.The statistics of the drug four gas,five flavors,and meridian tropism showed that the use of drugs had the highest sexual temperature.The main drugs in the spleen,lung,heart,kidney,stomach,liver meridian,spleen meridian is the most,the use of deficiency drugs most,water and dampness drugs followed.Common medicine combination for poria cocos,ginseng;Poria cocos,ginger;Poria cocos,atractylodes macrocephala;The combination of three drugs is poria cocos,ginseng and ginger;The combination with higher correlation degree is tangerine peel → poria cocos;Ginseng,ginger → poria cocos;Ginger → Poria cocos;Atractylodes macrocephala → Poria cocos;Aconite → Poria cocos;Ginseng →Poria cocos;Poria cocos,ginger → ginseng;Poria cocos,ginseng → ginger;Ginger →Ginseng;Pinellia ternate → Tuckahoe.Six drug core combinations were extracted based on unsupervised clustering.They were the core drug group 1: Ginseng,Poria cocos,Cassia twig,Atractylodes macrocephala,Radix glycyrrhizae,Aconite,Paeony alba,Ginger;Core drug group 2: Ginseng,Poria,Fructus Aurantii,Cortex Tangerine,Pinellia,Magnolia officinalis,Uncaria,Dendrobium;Core group 3: ginseng,angelica,schisandra,poria,pinellia,liquorice,jujube,ginger;Core group 4: almond,poria,pinellia ternata,atractylodes,coix seed,dried ginger,aconite,cinnamon;Core drug group 5: Ginseng,Poria cocos,Fructus Aurantii,Tangerine,Ginger,Pinellia,Alpinia,Coptis chinensis;Core drug group 6: Tuckahoe,Cortex Moutan,Alisma,Yam,Cornus officinalis,Rehmannia glutinosa,Schisandra,Aconite;Among the core drug group 1 and 5 cases,the most common side,the core group 1,core group 2 and core group 5 drugs more concentrated.Conclusion:1 "Yang deficiency
