Based On The Cloud Platform System Of Ancient And Modern Medical Records,the Medication Rule Of Professor Zhao Dexi In The Treatment Of Postcirculation Ischemic Vertigo Was Analyzed

Objective: By using the cloud platform system of ancient and modern medical records,the data mining of the prescription information of Professor Zhao Dexi’s post-treatment circulatory ischemic vertigo was carried out,and the academic experience of Professor Zhao Dexi and the characteristics of his prescription were summarized,so as to broaden the thinking for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of circulatory ischemic vertigo.Methods: Patients with postcirculation ischemic vertigo treated by Professor Zhao Dexi in the Department of Encephalopathy,Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine(Jilin Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine)from January 2017 to January 2022 who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria and had complete medical record information were collected.By means of the cloud platform system of ancient and modern medical records,the application characteristics of prescriptions and traditional Chinese medicine in the cases were analyzed statistically,and the medication rule and clinical experience of Professor Zhao Dexi in the treatment of postcirculation ischemic vertigo were summarized.Results:1.Among the prescriptions for patients with postcirculation ischemic vertigo included in this study,there were 65 males and 135 females,the ratio of males to females was about1:2,and females were significantly higher than males,and the patients were mainly between40 and 60 years old.In terms of symptoms,the frequency of occurrence more than 10 times,in order,were dizziness,dry mouth,dizziness,dizziness,dizziness,fatigue,bitter mouth,nausea,easy sweating,restless heart,swelling pain,vomiting,chest tightness,shortness of breath,tinnitus,red face,dry eyes,cold,headache,vision rotation,spinning sensation,irritability,memory loss,irritability,fear of heat,blurred vision.Tongue quality to dark,dark red is the most common,tongue coating to white,white greasy is the most common.From the point of view of pulse,the slip of pulse chord occurs most frequently.In terms of syndrome type,phlegm-stasis blocking collaterals occurred most frequently.2.Among 200 prescriptions recorded in this study,137 TCM were involved in total.Among them,the top 20 Chinese herbs with the highest frequency were poria cocos,ginger,processed licorice,jujube,calamus acorus,bupleurum,Scutellaria scutellaria,white rhizoma,Fructus aurantii,white peony root,cassia twig,clear pinellia pinellia,panax notoginseng powder,codonopsis codonopsis,ginger pinellia,rhodiola rosea,Tangerine peel,ligusticum Chuanxiong,turkujin and raw oyster in order.In terms of drug properties,warm,flat and cold drugs were the main drugs.In the aspect of drug taste,the frequency of occinoplast,sweet and bitter appeared mostly.In the aspect of drug channel,mainly spleen channel,lung channel,stomach channel.A total of 37 drug associations were obtained by association principle method,and the correlation was found to be strong among bupleurum,Scutellaria baicalensis,Fructus aurantii,Rhizoma atractyloides,pinellia sinensis,cassia twig,poria cocos,calamus,Paeoniae alba,Rhodiola rosea and panax notoginseng powder.The 20 most frequently used Chinese medicines could be divided into 2 groups by high frequency drug cluster analysis.The first group: Rhodiola rosea,panax notoginseng powder,Yu Jin,cassia twig,white rhizoma atractyloides,raw oyster,codonopsis codonopsis,ligusticum Chuanxiong,Tangerine peel,clear pinellia pinellia,prepared licorice,calamus stone and poria,which could be summarized as Lingguizhu Gan Tang plus or less;Group 2:Scutellaria scutellaria,Bupleurum,ginger pinellia,paeoniae paeoniae,jujube,ginger,aurantium aurantii,can be summarized as small bupleurum decoction plus or minus.By using complex network analysis,the core prescriptions of Professor Zhao Dexi in the treatment of postcyclic ischemic vertigo were obtained: bupleurum bupleurum,Scutellaria scutellarii,Fructus aurantii,Rhizoma atractyloides,pinellia pinellia,cassia twig,codonopsis codonopsis,jujube,ginger,poria codonopsis,prepared licorice,calamus acorus and panax notoginseng powder.3.Professor Zhao Dexi analyzed from the perspective of syndrome differentiation of the six channels,and believed that the incidence of postcirculation ischemic vertigo was mainly related to Shaoyang’s adverse condition and the dampness of Taiyin.In the treatment of postcirculation ischemic vertigo,emphasis was placed on treating Shaoyang and Taiyin from the perspective of Shaoyang and Taiyin.According to the pathogenesis of postcirculation ischemic vertigo,the therapeutic method of "coordinating Shaoyang and Taiyin" was proposed.Conclusion:1.The majority of postcirculation ischemic vertigo patients included in this study were middle-aged and elderly women,and the clinical syndrome type was phlegm-stasis blocking collaterals.2.The core prescription of this study can be summarized as the combination of Xiaochaihu decoction and Lingguizhugan decoction plus or minus.3.Professor Zhao Dexi thinks that this disease is mainly related to the unfavorable Shaoyang cardinal and the wet lunar water.In the treatment of the principle of reconciling Shaoyang and Taiyin,the clinical application of Jingfang Xiaochaihu decoction and Linggui Zhugan decoction plus or less prescription combination to treat this disease,the patient’s symptoms improved significantly.
