Clinical Observation Of Huanglian Wendan Decoction Combined With Western Medicine In Treating Reflux Esophagitis Caused By Gallbladder Heat Invading Stomach Type

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Huanglian Wendan Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of reflux esophagitis caused by gallbladder heat invading stomach type,comparing it with western medicine alone.From the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the repair of esophageal mucosa under gastroscopy and the recurrence rate,the comprehensive evaluation of the clinical efficacy of Huanglian Wendan Decoction and its safety provide a basis for the clinical application of Huanglian Wendan Decoction.Study: The 76 patients with reflux esophagitis who met the inclusion criteria during the diagnosis and treatment will be treated at the outpatient clinic of the Department of Spleen and Stomach Diseases,Yongchuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University.The patients were divided into the observation group 38 cases and the control group 38 cases by random number table method.The control group was given oral drugs esomeprazole enteric-coated capsules,sucralfate oral suspension,and domperidone tablets.The observation group was treated with Huanglian Wendan Decoction plus or minus oral treatment on the basis of the control group.Both the observation group and the control group took 4 weeks as the treatment course.After the treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment,the total scores of TCM symptoms,the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the scores of endoscopy and the efficacy of endoscopy,and the recurrence rate of the two groups were compared,and the safety of the drugs was evaluated.Results:(1)After 4 weeks of treatment,comparing the scores of TCM symptoms between the two groups of patients,the observation group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of bitter mouth,dry throat,heartburn,chest and hypochondriac pain,belching or regurgitation,upset and insomnia,and improved chest and back pain.There was no statistical difference in the improvement of chest and back pain,acid reflux,and hunger.(2)Comparing the TCM symptom scores and the total TCM symptom scores after treatment in the two groups,P<0.05,there was a statistical difference,indicating that the two groups can effectively improve the TCM symptoms.After treatment,the total scores of TCM symptoms between the two groups were compared(P<0.05),indicating that the observation group was better than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms of TCM.(3)Comparing the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups of patients,the effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%,and that of the control group was 93.33%,P<0.05.There was a statistical difference,indicating that the efficacy of TCM syndromes of the observation group was better than that of the control group.(4)The gastroscopy scores of the experimental group and the control group were improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),there was a statistical difference;the gastroscopy scores between the two groups after the treatment were compared(P<0.05),there was a statistical difference;the efficacy of gastroscopy between the two groups was compared after the treatment,the observation group 96.77%,80% of the control group,P<0.05,there was a statistical difference,indicating that the observation group was better than the control group under endoscopy.(5)After stopping the drug for 4 weeks,the recurrence rate was3.23% in the observation group and 20% in the control group,P<0.05,showing a statistical difference.Conclusion: Huanglian Wendan Decoction combined with western medicine has obvious curative effect in the treatment of reflux esophagitis caused by gallbladder heat invading stomach type.It can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and promote the healing of the esophageal mucosa,with low recurrence rate,no obvious adverse reactions,and high safety.
