| Objective Using "Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine" and "Theory of Meridians" as theoretical guidance,observe the clinical efficacy and safety on acupoint application of Yangyin Jiangya prescription combined with ear acupoint pressing bean in the treatment of essential hypertension(syndrome of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity).MethodA total of 96 patients in the inpatient department of the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine,Wuhan Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from May 1,2020 to December 31,2020 were selected.The selected patients all met the western medical diagnostic criteria for essential hypertension,and the TCM syndromes met the syndrome of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity.The above-mentioned 96 patients were numbered according to the order of visits,and they were randomly divided into three groups according to the random number table.After weeded out and fell of,the final remaining cases were the control group(31 cases),the treatment group A(30 cases),and the treatment group B(30 cases).The control group was given nifedipine controlled-release tablets(30mg,orally,once a day),the treatment group A was treated with ear acupoint pressing beans on the basis of the control group,the treatment group B was treated with acupoint application of Yangyin Jiangya prescription on the basis of treatment group A,the three groups of treatment course were 4 weeks.The blood pressure in the office was respectively measured before treatment,after 2weeks of treatment,and after 4 weeks of treatment(measure 3 times on different days and take the average value),the changes of SBP,DBP,and PP were compared,the anti-hypertensive efficacy of the three groups were calculated and compared;the TCM syndromes were respectively scored before and after treatment,the changes of the total score were compared,the efficacy of TCM syndromes of the three groups were calculated and compared;the central arterial pressure was respectively measured before and after treatment,the changes of central(arterial)pulse pressure(CPP)were compared;the blood of hs CRP,Hcy,UA were respectively detected before and after treatment,and the changes of hs CRP,Hcy,UA were compared;the three major routines(blood,urine,stool),liver and kidney function,electrolytes,electrocardiogram and other indicators were respectively monitored before and after treatment,and analyzed for safety.The data obtained were processed by SPSS26.0 statistical software.Result1.Effect on blood pressure level: Before treatment,after 2 weeks of treatment,and after 4 weeks of treatment,there were statistical differences pairwise compare within the three groups of SBP,DBP,and PP(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,there were statistical differences between the three groups of SBP(P < 0.05): the treatment group A and the treatment group B were significantly different from the control group respectively(P<0.05),while the treatment group A was not significantly different from the treatment group B(P>0.05);there was no statistical difference between the three groups of DBP and PP(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,there were statistical differences between the three groups of SBP and PP(P < 0.05),In terms of SBP: the treatment group B was significantly different from the control group(P<0.05),while the treatment group A was not significantly different from the control group and the treatment group B respectively(P>0.05);in terms of PP: the treatment group B was significantly different from the control group and the treatment group A respectively(P<0.05),while the treatment group A is not significantly different from the control group(P>0.05);there was no statistical difference between the three groups of DBP(P>0.05).2.Comparison of anti-hypertensive effects: The total effective rate of the control group was 77.4%,the treatment group A was 83.3%,and the treatment group B was 93.3%.After treatment,the anti-hypertensive effects of the three groups were statistically different(P<0.05): the treatment group B was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),while the treatment group A was not statistically different from the control group and the treatment group B respectively(P>0.05).3.Effect on the scores of TCM syndromes: The total scores of the three groups were significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there was a statistical difference between the three groups of the total scores(P<0.05): the treatment group A and the treatment group B were significantly different from the control group respectively(P<0.05),while the treatment group A is not significantly different from the treatment group B(P>0.05).4.Comparison of TCM syndromes effects:the total effective rate of the control group was 54.8%,the treatment group A was 76.7%,and the group B was90.0%;After treatment,TCM syndromes effects of the three groups were statistically different(P<0.05): the treatment group A and the treatment group B were significantly higher than the control group respectively(P < 0.05),while the treatment group B was not statistically different from the treatment group A(P>0.05).5.Effect on CPP level: CPP of the three groups were significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there was a statistical difference between the three groups of CPP(P < 0.05): the treatment group B was significantly different from the control group(P<0.05),while the treatment group A was not significantly different from the control group and the treatment group B respectively(P>0.05).6.Effect on blood hs CRP,Hcy,UA: After treatment,the treatment group B of Hcy and the three groups of hs CRP were significantly reduced(P<0.05),while the control group and the treatment group A of Hcy,and the three groups of UA were not significantly reduced(P>0.05).After treatment,there were statistical differences between the three groups of Hcy and hs CRP(P<0.05),in terms of Hcy: the treatment group B was significantly different from the control group and the treatment group A respectively(P<0.05),while the treatment group A is not significantly different from the control group(P>0.05);in terms of hs CRP: the treatment group B was significantly different from the control group(P<0.05),while the treatment group A was not significantly different from the control group and the treatment group B respectively(P>0.05);After treatment,there was no statistical difference between the three groups of UA(P>0.05).7.The three groups of patients had no serious adverse reactions and abnormal vital signs during the entire experiment,there were no abnormal changes in the three major routines(blood,urine,stool),liver and kidney function,electrolytes,electrocardiogram and other safety indicators before and after treatment.ConclusionThe acupoint application of Yangyin Jiangya prescription combined with ear acupoint pressing bean adjuvant treatment of essential hypertension(syndrome of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity),can steadily reduce the blood pressure level,significantly improve the clinical symptoms,effectively control the pulse pressure and central(arterial)pulse pressure level,significantly reduce the content of the inflammation factor hs CRP and the risk factor Hcy,and no adverse reactions occurred. |
