Clinical Observation Of Self-made Qinggan Jiangya Prescription Acupoint Application In The Treatmate Of Liver-yang Hypertension Type Essential Hypertension

Objective: By observing the clinical effect of self-designed Qinggan Jiangya prescription acupoint application on patients with primary hypertension with liver-yang hyperactivity and its influence on the patients’ quality of life and health status,it provides a theoretical basis for acupoint application on hypertension.Methods: In this study,patients meeting the enrollment criteria were randomly grouped,and after the exclusion and interruption of cases,a total of 60 patients completed the experiment,including the control group(30 cases)and the treatment group(30 cases).The intervention time was4 weeks.Control group: Diovan 80mg/d oral,2 weeks after treatment if the blood pressure did not meet the test standard,use Diovan 80mg/bid.Treatment group: On the basis of control group,combined with self-designed Qinggan Jiangya prescription acupoint application treatment.Blood pressure,TCM syndrome score,life scale score and health status score of the two groups of patients were monitored before and after treatment,and data changes and adverse reactions were recorded to evaluate their clinical efficacy and impact on patients’ quality of life and health status.Results: The experimental results showed that the antihypertensive effect,clinical symptoms,quality of life,health status and other aspects of the two groups were improved after treatment.After treatment,the blood pressure in the consulting room of both groups was reduced to different degrees(P < 0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).24 h ambulatory blood pressure(DSBP,DDBP,NSBP,NDBP,24 h SBP,24 h DBP)and blood pressure load(DSBPL,DDBPL,NSBPL,NDBPL,24 h SBPL,24 h DBPL)in both groups after treatment were reduced to varying degrees(P < 0.05).The antihypertensive treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P< 0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were reduced to varying degrees(P < 0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the effective rate of syndrome scores was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The score of life scale after treatment was improved in both groups(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).The health status(EQ-5D)of the two groups after treatment was improved to some extent(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was more significant than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: For patients with primary hypertension of liver-yang hyperactivity type,combined with self-designed Qinggan Jiangya prescription acupoint application has more significant improvement on clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,quality of life and health status of patients,and is superior to simple application of Diwen treatment in steadily reducing whole-day blood pressure level and preventing target organ damage.At the same time,the safety is high,no adverse events occur,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
