Objectives:To investigate the effect of auricular point magnetic therapy combined with electromyography biofeedback in the treatment of dysphagia after cerebral apoplexy. Methods:A total of 80 stroke patients with deglutition dysfunction admitted to the First Hospital of Changsha City from April 2019 to February 2020 were selected, with 20 cases in each group.(2)The conventional rehabilitation nursing group was given conventional rehabilitation nursing and clinical medical treatment, the auricular point magnetic therapy group was given auricular point magnetic therapy on the basis of the conventional rehabilitation nursing group, the electromyographic biofeedback group was given electromyographic biofeedback treatment on the basis of the conventional rehabilitation nursing group, and the combined treatment group was given auricular point magnetic therapy combined with electromyographic biofeedback treatment on the basis of the conventional rehabilitation nursing group.(3)After 4 weeks of treatment,GUSS score, average amplitude, maximum peak value,SWAL-QOL score, serum prealbumin(PA)and albumin(ALB)were observed.Spss20.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results:(1)Baseline situation of routine rehabilitation nursing group, auricular point magnetic therapy group, electromyographic biofeedback group and combined treatment group:before intervention, there were no significant differences in age, course of disease, years of education, gender, type of cerebral hemorrhage, lesion location and eating style of patients in each group(P>0.05).(2)Before the intervention, there were no significant differences in GUSS score, average amplitude value, maximum peak value, pre serum PA value,ALB value and SWAL-QOL score among the conventional rehabilitation nursing group, ear point magnetic therapy group,EMG biofeedback group and combined treatment group(P>0.05).(3)After 4 weeks of treatment,GUSS score, average amplitude value, maximum peak value,PA value before serum,ALB value and SWAL-QOL score of patients in routine rehabilitation nursing group, auricular point magnetic therapy group,EMG biofeedback group and combined treatment group were increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),with statistical difference.(4)After treatment, the scores of the other three groups were increased compared with the conventional rehabilitation nursing group(P<0.05),the scores of the EMG biofeedback group and the auricular point magnetic therapy group were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the scores of the combined treatment group were increased compared with the first three groups(P<0.05).Safety observation:according to satety observation,no adverse reactions were obsered in the patients during the study. Conclusion:Electromyography biofeedback combined with auricular acupoint magnetic therapy can improve the swallowing function of patients with dysphagia after stroke, effectively improve the nutritional status of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.Compared with simple electromyography biofeedback therapy and auricular acupoint magnetic therapy, the combination of the two has a synergistic effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
