Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Yangyin Method On Senile Constipation With Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin

ObjectiveThrough clinical observation,the clinical effect of Professor Gan Aiping using Qi and Yin method,discussed its action mechanism,evaluate its safety and feasibility,and provided scientific basis for its clinical application and popularization.MethodsWe collected 60 elderly patients of Qi Yin 2 deficiency constipation from Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to October 2020,It was divided into 30 treatment and control groups by randomized digital tables,The treatment group gave empirical decoction addition and reduction(basic side: Astragalus 20 g 30g hawthorn10 g birthplace 15 g Radix 15 g 15g Ophiopogon 15 g 15g kernel 15 g trichosanthis 15 g almond 10 g angelica 10 g and decrease with disease),One daily dose,2 times / day,For about 200ml/ times,Take it half an hour after morning dinner;The control group gave Yantong Capsule(Wuhan Jianmin Pharmaceutical Group Co.,Ltd.,Chinese medicine(Z19990071)treatment,Oral administration,3 grains / times,2 Times / Day;4 weeks for a course,Observe the changes of the weekly number of defecation,each defecation time,stool characteristics,smooth stool,quality of life score and waiting points of traditional Chinese medicine before and after the two groups of patients,To compare the treatment effects of the treatment and control groups,Assess its clinical efficacy and safety and follow up patients after one month of withdrawal,The long-term nature of the treatment was assessed through the rate of recurrence.Results1.After statistical analysis,there was no significant difference in age,gender,course of disease,and total integral of TCM syndrome before treatment(P> 0.05),and the data were comparable.2.Clinical efficacy comparison of traditional Chinese medicine: after treatment,the clinical symptoms of both groups were improved,and the total clinical efficiency of the control group was 83.3% and 96.6%,respectively.Therefore,the comparison of clinical efficacy was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the total clinical efficiency of the control group was lower than that of the treatment group.It shows that the curative effect of Qi nourishing Yin defecation soup in the treatment of qi Yin two deficiency senile constipation is better than Bentong capsule.3.General score of TCM clinical symptoms: after treatment,the total score of TCM clinical symptoms in the two groups was statistically different from that before treatment(P<0.05),and the total score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.4.Comparison of various clinical symptoms: the average scores of patients before and after treatment(P <0.05),indicating significant efficacy and reduction in patients with senile constipation,changing stool traits,defecation time,weekly defecation,poor defecation,and hidden abdominal pain compared with treatment(P <0.05),but toilet deficiency,dry mouth and shortness of breath were not significant before treatment(P> 0.05).P> 0.05 after treatment,which showed that the clinical symptoms had no statistical significance.However,P <0.05 was poor defecation,toilet weakness,abdominal pain,dry mouth,and the score was lower than the control group,in all aspects.5.Quality of life score: before treatment,there was no significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).The average scores of treatment group and control group decreased by 8.93 points and 4.33 points,which showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the quality of life of patients with Qi-yin deficiency constipation.6.A follow-up survey of the two groups one month after treatment found,The proportion of ≥ 3 weekly independent defecation in the treatment and control groups was 63.3% and33.3%,respectively,Among them,the TCM syndrome score was7.75 ± 2.20,The control group was 10.72 ± 2.99,Comparison had statistical differences between the two groups(P <0.05),Explain that the recurrence rate of constipation was higher after drug withdrawal in the control group than that of the treatment group,The quality of life scores between the two groups also showed lower quality of life than the treatment group,It shows that Qi Qi and Yin Yichang soup is better than Bentong capsule in improving the quality of life of elderly patients with Qi Yin two deficiency constipation and reducing its relapse rate.7.Safety index: blood,urine,fecal routine,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram were examined in both groups before and after treatment,and no clinical changes were found by comparing the results before and after treatment.At the same time,there were no side effects and adverse reactions in both groups.It is safe and reliable.ConclusionYiqi Yangyin decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life and reduce the recurrence rate of constipation in the elderly patients with Qi-yin deficiency type constipation.
