Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Xie Xing Tiao Shen Acupuncture on generalized anxiety disorder(pathogenic fire derived from stagnation of QI),seek acupuncture treatment of generalized anxiety disorder(pathogenic fire derived from stagnation of QI)optimal scheme.Methods:The selection adopts random number grouping method,subjects with generalized anxiety disorder of pathogenic fire derived from stagnation of QI meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group administered Xie Xing Tiao Shen Acupuncture method:take Shaofu,Laogong,Xingjian,Xiaxi,Benshen,Shenting,Sishencong point,the Xing acupoint were given twirling reducing method,the head acupoint were given even reinforcing-reducing method;The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture:take Yintang,Baihui,Shuigou,Neiguan,Shenmen,Taichong,were given even reinforcing-reducing method.Both groups were treated continuously for 6 weeks.The score changes of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)and TCM Syndrome Score Scale before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:1.Both groups after treatment,the HAMA body anxiety,mental anxiety score and total score,were lower than before treatment(both P<0.05),and the reduction degree of Xie Xing Tiao Shen Acupuncture group was greater than that of conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).2.The total score of PSQI in both groups decreased after treatment(both P<0.05),and the reduction degree of Xie Xing Tiao Shen Acupuncture group was greater than that of conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).3.The TCM syndrome scores in both groups decreased after treatment compared with before treatment(both P<0.05),and the reduction degree of Xie Xing Tiao Shen Acupuncture group was greater than that of conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).4.The total Western medicine effective rate of Xie Xing Tiao Shen Acupuncture group was 93.1%,which was significantly higher than that of conventional acupuncture group(82.1%)(P<0.05);The total TCM curative effect effective rate of Xie Xing Tiao Shen Acupuncture group was 89.7%,which was significantly higher than that of conventiona acupuncture group(78.6%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The Xie Xing Tiao Shen Acupuncture method can significantly reduce the anxiety symptoms of GAD patients with pathogenic fire derived from stagnation of QI,including body anxiety and mental anxiety,and it is better than conventional acupuncture.2.The Xie Xing Tiao Shen Acupuncture method can significantly improve the sleep problems caused by anxiety in GAD patients with pathogenic fire derived from stagnation of QI,including body anxiety and mental anxiety,and it is better than conventional acupuncture.3.The Xie Xing Tiao Shen Acupuncture method can significantly reduce the TCM fire-fever symptoms of GAD patients with pathogenic fire derived from stagnation of QI,such as upset,dry heat and dry mouth,and better than conventional acupuncture.4.The clinical efficacy of Xie Xing Tiao Shen Acupuncture method to treat generalized anxiety disorder of pathogenic fire derived from stagnation of QI is better than conventional acupuncture.
