| In order to study whether Pivotal Response Training(PRT)can improve the level of language impairment in rural children with autism,this thesis uses two studies.Study 1 is the experimental design of the experimental group-control group before and after testing.ASD children are the subjects.According to the test results of the Webster’s Preschool Children’s Intelligence Scale(WPPSI)and the Peabody Picture Test Revised Edition(PPVT-R),the subjects are matched and grouped into ASD experimental group and ASD control Group,and the actual age of the two groups of subjects has no significant difference.In addition,find 6 ordinary children whose average actual age is equivalent to that of the autistic subjects to determine the operational definition of the target behavior and the reference standards for the target behavior of the autistic children,and the actual age of the 6 children and the ASD child Significant differences.The measurement of language barriers is evaluated from three aspects: personal pronouns,language repetition,and language logic special.Among them,personal pronouns include the use and expression of "I",the use and expression of "you",and the use and expression of "he".index.Because Study 1 lasted for a long time and did not circumvent the maturity effect of the participants in the study,Study 2 was added.Study 2 uses a multi-baseline experimental design,and the experimental materials are consistent with Study 1.The results of both studies indicate: before the intervention,the levels of the three aspects of personal pronouns,language repetition and language logic in the rural ASD group were significantly lower than those of the normal group of similar ages,and there was no significant difference between the ASD experimental group and the control group..After the intervention,the immediate effects of personal pronouns(the use and expression of "I",the use and expression of "you",and the use and expression of "he"),language repetition,and language logic are all higher than those of normal age 80% level for children.Among them,the use and expression of "I" have reached the same level as ordinary children.Therefore,all three language behaviors in the ASD experimental group were improved after the intervention.In addition,after the intervention,there were significant differences between the children in the ASD experimental group and the control group in personal pronouns,language repetition,and language logic.In addition,the personal pronouns,language repetition and language logic of the ASD experimental group have been well generalized.Finally,the personal pronouns,language repetition and special language logic of the ASD experimental group were also well maintained.From the perspective of mastery of various language behaviors,the speed of personal pronoun mastery is better than language repetition,and better than language logic.The use and expression speed of "I" is better than the use and expression of "you" and better than the use and expression of "him".The conclusion of this study is as follows: A key training method of rural students in the first,autistic children language barrier intervention effect is significant,and is superior to the conventional intervention,the intervention effect of using key response training method,can optimize rural students of children with autism rehabilitation plan,increase the rate of recovery,reduce disability rate,promote the overall quality of the rural students autistic children of ascension,It is suggested that rehabilitation institutions should recommend critical response training(CRT)as the primary intervention method to family members of rural students with autism.Second,while taking children with autism from rural students as intervention objects,the critical response training method also pays attention to the guidance of their parents,popularizes relevant knowledge,enhances the awareness of special education among rural residents,and promotes the professional development of rural special education.It is suggested that the critical response training method should be promoted and applied in rehabilitation institutions.Key training method in the third,to improve the rural students in a certain extent of ASD children pronouns,language and language logic level,and is advantageous to the behavior of maintain and generalization,the critical response training method is chosen as the intervention method,can effectively shorten the rural students of children with autism rehabilitation time,greatly reduces the rural students of children with autism rehabilitation expenses,To reduce the economic burden of family members of autistic children from rural areas,avoid the phenomenon of "poverty due to illness" and "poverty due to education",and promote the healthy development of rural economy to a certain extent. |
