Objective: To explore the influencing factors of endometrial malignancy in asymptomatic endometrial thickened women after menopause, and the optimal screening threshold for the diagnosis of endometrial malignancy by vaginal B-ultrasound to detect endometrial thickness. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 182 postmenopausal women with asymptomatic endometrial thickening in our hospital for hysteroscopy, such as age, time of menarche and menopause, pregnancy times, parity,BMI,diabetes,Clinical data such as hypertension, endometrial thickness, and disease examination results. Results:The pathological types of asymptomatic endometrial thickening after menopause were mostly benign endometrial lesions.General analysis of the factors affecting endometrial malignancy showed that BMI,diabetes, hypertension, and pregnancy times had a significant impact on endometrial malignancy(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that BMI,hypertension, and diabetes had no significant effect on endometrial malignancy.Comparing different threshold values of endometrial thickness to diagnose endometrial cancer, such as the Youden index and the area under the ROC curve,it is concluded that the diagnosis effect is better when the endometrial thickness threshold is9.5mm.Conclusion: Postmenopausal women with asymptomatic endometrial thickening have a lower chance of endometrial malignant changes, and most of the pathological types are benign lesions;patients with high-risk factors should be further screened;postmenopausal asymptomatic endometrial When the thickness is ≥ 9.5mm,the inner membrane is more likely to undergo malignant transformation.
