Clinical Study Of Xifeng Jiedu Huoxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective: To objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Xifeng Jiedu Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of UA with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,and to explore a new clinical idea of treating UA with traditional Chinese medicine,so as to more effectively prevent and treat all kinds of cardiovascular diseases,give full play to the unique advantages and role of traditional Chinese medicine,and provide high-quality and efficient traditional Chinese medicine services for the general public.Methods: 72 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,36 cases in each group.The control group was given standardized western medicine treatment(aspirin enteric coated tablets,clopidogrel bisulfate tablets,atorvastatin calcium tablets,isosorbide mononitrate sustained release capsules,metoprolol succinate sustained release tablets,enoxaparin sodium injection).The experimental group was given Xifeng Jiedu Huoxue Decoction(200ml each time,once a day after breakfast and dinner)on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical treatment time of the two groups was 28 days(the use days of enoxaparin injection should not exceed 7 days).Patients with diabetes,hypertension and other diseases were given corresponding treatment.Result:1.After data processing,the P values of the general data of the two groups were greater than 0.05,which was comparable.2.The total effective rate of angina pectoris in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(82.35% vs 61.76%),P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(88.24% vs 67.65%),P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.4.After treatment,by comparing the five dimensions of PL,AF,AS,TS and DS in Seattle scale,it can be concluded that the indicators of all patients have been further improved after treatment,and the t test between the two groups,P < 0.05,shows that Xifeng Jiedu Huoxue Decoction can better improve the quality of life.5.The stopping rate of nitroglycerin in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(82.33% vs 61.76%),P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.6.The total effective rate of ECG in the experimental group was slightly higher than that in the control group(70.59% vs 55.59%),P > 0.05,with no significant difference.7.There is no abnormal change in safety index,which indicates that the clinical trial is safe and effective.8.There were no malignant cardiovascular events in the two groups within 24 weeks.The recurrence rate of angina pectoris was 5.56% in the experimental group and 13.89% in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The results of this study show that Xifeng Jiedu Huoxue Decoction can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with UA of phlegm and blood stasis type,so that patients in angina pectoris,TCM syndrome,quality of life,nitroglycerin withdrawal,ECG curative effect have been better improved,and it is safe and reliable,it is worthy of wide application in clinical.
