Clinica Observation Of Huatang Tongluo Zhitong Decoction In The Treating Of Unstable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Diserse With Phlegm And Blood Stasis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huatan Tongluo Zhitong Decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.To provide a clinical basis for the treatment and application of phlegm and blood stasis in unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with the method of dissolving phlegm and dredging collaterals.Methods Seventy patients with coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris of Phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(35 cases).The control group was treated with Western medicine alone,in the mean time the observation group was treated with Huatan Tongluo Zhitong Decoction.The treatment has lasted for 4 weeks as a period of treatment.The two groups before and after treatment of attack of angina pectoris(number of attacks,duration,pain degree),improvement of TCM syndromes,changes in electrocardiogram,changes in blood lipids,and improvement in quality of life.Results1.The total score and curative efficacy of angina pectoris:after treatment,the total score of angina pectoris in both groups decreased compared with before treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of angina pectoris treatment in the observation group(88.57%)is higher than that in the control group(74.29%),and the comparison between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).2.The scores of TCM syndromes and curative efficacy:The scores of TCM syndromes in both groups before and after treatment decreased compared with before treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P <0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the observation group(88.57%)is higher than that in the control group(65.71%),and the comparison between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).3.ECG changes:After treatment,the ECG myocardial ischemia was improved in both groups.The total effective rate of ECG in the observation group(82.68%)is higher than that in the control group(74.29%),and the comparison between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.Changes in blood lipid:TC and LDL-C in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TG in both groups decreased compared with before treatment,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).5.Evaluation of quality of life:After treatment,physical activity limitation(PL),stable state of angina pectoris(AS),angina attack(AF),treatment satisfaction(TS)and disease awareness(DS)were improved in both groups,and the improvement of quality of life score in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Huatan Tongluo Zhitong Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(Syndrome of mutual accumulation of phlegm and stasis)is better than simple western medicine in improving angina symptoms,TCM syndromes,and quality of life;2.Huatan Tongluo Zhitong Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(Syndrome of mutual accumulation of phlegm and stasis)is better than simple western medicine in reducing the level of TC and LDL-C in blood lipids.
