Clinical Efficacy Evaluation Of Qingjin Xiaoji Decoction In Treating Children With Recurrent Upper Respiratory Tract Infection(Internal Heat Syndrome Of Food Accumulation)

Objective: This topic through the experience of professor Liping SUN Fang Qing gold product water treatment of recurrent upper respiratory tract infections(dyspepsia and internal)the clinical curative effect of observation,evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of recurrent upper respiratory tract infections(dyspepsia and internal)clinical curative effect observation,to evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease and advantages,to provide effective diagnosis and treatment in clinical work.Methods: Sixty cases were selected from outpatients of Jilin Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine)from November 2019 to December 2020.All cases meet the diagnostic criteria of Traditional Chinese and western medicine and pass the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The patients in the treatment group were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group using the random number table method.The self-designed qingjin Xiaoji decoction was used in the treatment group,and the jianer Qingjie solution was used in the control group.The changes of immunoglobulin and complement C3 of the patients before and after the course of treatment were observed.SSPS20.0 software was used for statistical analysis.T test was used for normal distribution measurement data,and non-parameter test was used for non-normal distribution measurement data.Rank sum test was used for grade data.Single factor analysis of variance was used among multiple sets of data.Results:1.A total of 60 children with recurrent upper respiratory tract infection(internal heat syndrome of food accumulation)were included in this study.In terms of gender distribution,males were larger than females,with a male to female ratio of 1.5:1.In terms of age grouping,it was more common in the early school years and early childhood.2.The results of the trial group were generally in line with expectations,and the results were better in terms of efficiency(76.67% and 26.67%,respectively).After comparison,it was found that the experimental group got more ideal results,and the difference between the two groups of data was statistically significant.(p<0.05);In addition,the differences in immune function(especially Ig A and Ig G)between the two groups were also significant after treatment(p<0.05),it said the Ming and Qing Dynasties Jinxiaoji Decoction also played an important role in the regulation of the immune system.Conclusion:1 The curative effect of Qingjin Xiaoji Decoction on children with repeated upper respiratory tract infection caused by internal heat of food accumulation is better than that of Jian ’er Qingjie Solution;2 Qingjin Xiaoji Decoction can improve the immune function of the body;3 Qingjin Xiaoji Decoction has no obvious adverse reactions in this study,with good safety and is suitable for clinical application.
