Preliminary Study On TCM Physique Types Of IgA Nephropathy In A Part Of Tertiary Class-A Hospitals In Kunming

Purpose:This dissertation mainly used statistics on the distribution of TCM constitution types of patients with IgAN diagnosed by renal biopsy pathology “Lee classification” in a number of tertiary hospitals in Kunming from December 2019 to December 2020,and initially explored the relationship between the IgAN and the TCM relevance of physique provides an objective basis for TCM to regulate the body to prevent and treat IgAN,and further seek new ideas and methods for prevention and treatment of IgAN.Methods:This research topic mainly adopts the form of questionnaire survey,selects relevant patients who meet the inclusion criteria,and fills in the ‘Traditional Chinese Medicine Physique Questionnaire’.The results show that the "Chinese Medicine Physique Identification" developed by Yanhuang Oriental(Beijing)Health Technology Software Professional Edition 3.0" carries out the identification of relevant physiques,and collects the patient’s general condition,clinical indicators and other data,and uses modern statistical methods to analyze the distribution of IgAN TCM physique types,as well as different physique types and age,blood type,and pathological types.And so on.Results:A total of 137 patients with Ig A kidney disease filled out the Questionnaire of Chinese Medicine There were 21 cases of TCM constitutional type,116 cases of biased constitution,14 cases of single constitution of biased constitution,and 102 cases of composite constitution.The data analysis was mainly based on the main constitution with the highest score.In IgAN,the most common types of physique in TCM are Yang deficiency and Qi deficiency,accounting for 28.47% and 18.25% respectively,followed by calm,damp-heat,and qi stagnation,which account for 15.33%,13.87%,and 12.41%,respectively.Quality,phlegm-damp quality,idiosyncratic quality,and yin-deficiency quality are less,accounting for 11.68%;from the perspective of gender,the common constitutions of men and women are mostly yang-deficiency type and qi-deficiency type.Secondly,men’s damp-heat types are more common,and women are more common.Qi-stagnation is more common;from the perspective of age,yang-deficiency and damp-heat constitutions are mainly concentrated in the age group of 21-40 years old,while qi deficiency and qi-stagnation are mainly concentrated in the age group of 31-50 years old;pathological diagnosis Lee classification Zhongyang deficiency,Qi stagnation,and peace are mainly grade II and grade III pathologies.Qi deficiency and damp-heat quality are mainly grade III,and grade IV pathology contains the most types of physical fitness.The comparison between the groups is P<0.05,which is different.The type of TCM constitution differs in the distribution of pathological types;from the perspective of blood type,in the biased constitution,type A blood has the most type of yang deficiency,followed by damp-heat type,type B and AB blood type is the most common type of qi deficiency type,while type O blood is typed with yang deficiency Stagnation of Qi and Qi are more common.Comparison between groups is P<0.05.Different TCM constitution types have differences in blood type distribution;while different constitution types IgAN,blood creatinine,urea nitrogen,and blood uric acid,see comparison in each group,P>0.05,no statistical difference;In the relationship with urinary red blood cells,yang deficiency and qi deficiency qualitatives are mainly 2+,while damp heat qualitatives are 2+ and 4+.The comparison between groups is p<0.05,and there are differences in the distribution of urinary red blood cells in different physique types;While urinary protein is more common in yang-deficiency,qi-deficiency,damp-heat,and qi-stagnation,the comparison between groups is P<0.05.Different physique types may have differences in the distribution of urinary protein levels;24-hour urine protein quantification is based on phlegm-dampness The qualitative quantity is the most quantitative,followed by the yang deficiency qualitative and qi stagnation qualitative,while the qi deficiency qualitative,yin deficiency qualitative,and blood stasis qualitative are relatively few.The comparison between the groups is P<0.05,there is a statistical difference,while the qi deficiency qualitative and phlegm-dampness quality are compared.*P=0.002<0.05,there is a significant difference.Conclusion:1.The main types of TCM physique of IgAN patients are Yang-deficiency and Qi-deficiency,followed by calm,damp-heat,qi-stagnation,and blood stasis,phlegm-dampness,idiosyncratic,and Yin-deficiency.2.There is a certain correlation between the TCM physique type of IgAN patients with age,pathological type(Lee classification),blood type,urine protein,urine red blood cell,and 24-hour urine protein quantification.3.The occurrence,development and prognosis of IgAN may be related to the constitution of yang deficiency and qi deficiency.
