Objective: To observe the clinical study of Modified Ling Gui Zhu Gan recipe combined with embedding thread in the treatment of chloasma with wet accumulation syndrome of spleen deficiency,to explore an effective and new therapeutic method for the clinical treatment of chloasma with wet accumulation syndrome of spleen deficiency. Methods: Sixty patients with chloasma of wet accumulation syndrome of spleen deficiency were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group. In the treatment group,30 cases in each group were treated with Lingguizhuganjiawei prescription combined with catgut embedding for 12 weeks. The treatment lasted for 12 weeks. The control group was treated with oral tranexamic acid tablets 500mg/ day combined with cat-embedding.The case observation form(Attached Table 1)was filled out once before and 2,4,6,8,10 and 12 weeks after treatment, respectively.Skin color score and skin area score were performed for each patient.Compare two group total effective rate, skin total integral, before and after treatment was detected in different stages of the two groups and group total score, two groups of patients before and after treatment of skin detector(VISIA)image analysis system rating score and the pigmentation improvement rate, age, length of the course of the disease, skin lesions, the total integral relationship with the clinical curative effect and adverse reactions to the two groups and the recurrence rate compared to record any adverse reaction,The follow-up time was 3months,and the recurrence of the patients was recorded synchronously.SPSS 26.0 was used for statistics and analysis, and the conclusion was drawn.Results:1.Comparison of the total effective rate of the two groups: the control group is70.00%,the treatment group is 86.67%,the two groups are compared, there is a significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05),which is statistically significant.2.Comparison of the total score of skin lesions between the two groups before and after treatment: P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.3.Comparison of the total scores of skin lesions between the two groups before and after treatment:(1)Comparison between groups: the total scores of skin lesions before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 6 weeks,8 weeks,10 weeks, and 12 weeks of treatment, the difference in total skin points was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Intragroup comparison: The two groups were compared before and after treatment for 2 weeks, after treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks, after treatment for 4 weeks and 6 weeks, after treatment for 6 weeks and 8 weeks, treatment for 8 weeks and treatment for 10 weeks.Weeks later, there was no significant difference in the total score of skin lesions before and after treatment for 10 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment(P>0.05).The results suggest that the comparison between the two groups is meaningless.4.After treatment, the scores of VISIA image analysis system in 2 groups were lower than those before treatment, with significant difference(P<0.05).5.The improvement rate of skin spots in the two groups was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.6.Comparison of age and clinical efficacy: The basic recovery and effective rates of the three age groups were 66.67%,66.67%,and 44.44% respectively;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.Comparison of the length of the disease and the clinical efficacy: the basic recovery and marked rates of the three different courses were 65.22%,57.14%,and 56.25%respectively;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).8.Comparison of the total scores of skin lesions and clinical efficacy: the basic recovery and significant rates of the three different total scores of skin lesions were 90.00%,74.19%,and 21.05% respectively;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).9.Comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups: 1 patient in the treatment group had an adverse reaction, and none of the others had an adverse reaction.10.Comparison of the recurrence rate of the two groups: follow-up for 3 months after treatment, the recurrence rate of the treatment group is 15%,the recurrence rate of the control group is 50.00%,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),the control group is obvious Higher than the treatment group. Conclusions: Modified Ling Gui Zhu Gan prescription combined with thread embedding can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of chloasma patients with wet accumulation syndrome of spleen deficiency, with definite curative effect. In addition, the incidence and recurrence rate of adverse reactions were low,the clinical efficacy was significant, and the quality of life of patients was significantly improved after treatment.
