Clinical Observation On The Efficacy Of Shugan Siqi Decoction On Treatment Of Non-erosive Reflux Disease(Syndrome Of Incoordination Between Liver And Stomach)

Purpose: Shugan Siqi decoction is a clinically effective prescription.Through the observation of relevant indicators in this study,to evaluate the safety and clinical efficacy of this prescription in treating liver-gastric discordant Non-erosive Reflux Disease,so as to broaden the treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The thinking of this disease can better guide the clinic.Method : Eighty outpatients attending the Yunnan Provincial Hospital of TCM who were eligible for NERD(syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach)were selected and randomly grouped for an 8-week drug treatment,with 40 patients in the treatment group taking Shugan Siqi decoction formula granules and 40 patients in the control group taking pantoprazole sodium enteric capsules.The vital signs,relevant laboratory indices,TCM syndrome scores,anxiety and depression self-assessment scale scores and other observation indices of the two groups were collected before and after treatment and analyzed for comparison.Results: In the end,a total of 70 patients completed the test according to the project plan,36 in the treatment group and 34 in the control group.1.Comparison of total effective rate: The total effective rate of the treatment group is91.67% better than that of the control group 73.53%(P<0.05).2.Comparison of the total scores of TCM syndromes: After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups of patients were reduced(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the scores of individual TCM syndromes: After treatment,the scores of individual TCM syndromes of the two groups of patients were reduced(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of acid reflux,fullness of the chest and hypothermia,belching,abdominal distension and anorexia(P<0.05);The two groups had similar effects in terms of worsening mood,nausea and vomiting,and chest tightness(P>0.05).4.Comparison of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)points: After treatment,the SAS points of the two groups of patients were reduced(P<0.05),and the treatment group had more advantages(P<0.05).5.Comparison of Depression Self-Rating Scale(SDS)scores: SDS scores of the two groups of patients were reduced after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group had more advantages(P<0.05).6.Comparison of safety indicators: The three major routines,liver and kidney function,blood sugar,electrocardiogram,etc.of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were all within the normal range,and no adverse reactions occurred during the entire treatment period.Conclusion: Compared with Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules,Shugan Siqi decoction is more effective in the treatment of NERD(syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach),and the patient’s symptoms are improved more obviously,especially in the improvement of acid reflux and chest fullness.Belching,abdominal distension and anorexia,the curative effect is remarkable,and it has advantages in relieving anxiety and depression symptoms,and has good safety at the same time.
