Clinical Research On Jiaweisinisan Treating Non-erosive Reflux Disease Syndrome Of Incoordination Between Liver And Stomach

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiaweisinisan treating Non-erosive Reflux Disease(NERD)Syndrome of Incoordination between Liver and Stomach.Furthermore investigate its mechanisms to provide theoretical basis and method for clinica l therapies.Methods:(1)All cases of this study were come from the gastroenterology clinic in Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2015 to December 2016.Sixty patients were randomly classified into treatment group and control group,each 30 cases.(2)The treatment group was treated by Jiaweisinisan,while the control group given Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules.All patients consulted our doctors once a week.Both groups were treated with 4 we eks.All patients should complete RDQ scores,TCM Symptom Scale and DeMeester scores using 24-hour esophagus pH monitor before and after the study.(3)Saved all the data with Excel software and analyzed them with SPSS18.0 statistical software,at last drew the conclusions.Results:(1)The aspect of RDQ:Scores of both groups decreased after treatment.The diferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the two groups after treatment,the diferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the two groups were respectively 86.66% and 73.33%,the diferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The aspect of TCM Symptom Scale:Scores of both groups decreased after treatment.The differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Comparing the two groups after treatment,the diferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the two groups were respectively 90.00% and 76.66%.The diferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).All single symptom had significant statistically difference after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).The treatment group is superior to the control group in the symptoms of reflux,heartburn,sigh and symptom-exacerbation when patients in depression.The diferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).While in the aspect of belching,abdominal distention,loss of appetite and noisy feeling in stomach,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)The aspect of DeMeester:All single score had significant statistically difference after treatmentin both groups(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in the scores of total fraction time pH<4% and supine fraction time pH<4%.The diferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Jiaweisinisan is better in improving patients' reflux and heartburn syoptoms than Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules,proving that Jiaweisinisan is more suitable for the treatment of NERD.(2)Jiaweisinisan is superior to Rabepra zole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules in improving TCM Symptom,especially in the aspect of reflux,symptom-exacerbation when patients in depression and so on,illustrating that Jiaweisinisan can efficiently cure NERD Syndrome of Incoordination between Liver and Stomach.(3)Jiaweisinisan can remarkably decreased total fraction time pH<4% and supine fraction time pH<4%,certifying that Jiaweisinisan has high ability on restraining reflux symptoms,thus inferring that Jiaweisinisan can cure nocturnal acid symptom and nocturnal acid breakthrough.Furthermore the study confirms the outstanding advantage of Chinese medicine on NERD,reflecting the clinical value of Jiaweisinisan on NERD Syndrome of Incoordination between Liver and Stomach,which is worth of promotion.
