| Objective Using the modern big data mining technology to quantify and correlate the paste prescription data of spleen and stomach diseases of director Wang Bangcai in recent years,analyze and summarize the medication rules and diagnosis and treatment ideas of Professor Wang’s paste prescription in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and broaden the ideas for inheriting the clinical experience of famous traditional Chinese medicine.Methods In this study,200 paste prescriptions of spleen and stomach diseases diagnosed and treated by Wang Shi from November 2016 to January 2021 were sorted and screened,mainly using tcmiss V2.5),including clinical collection,platform management,statistical report and data analysis system functions,frequency statistics,association rule analysis and entropy cluster analysis of medical record data to obtain the visualized prescription results.Result 1.Analysis of basic information of 200 cases of paste prescription:male slightly more than female,the overall average age is 47.72 years old,male age concentrated in 30-50 years old,female age concentrated in 35-68 years old;the top four types of diseases are stomach distension,diarrhea,constipation,stomachache,spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome,spleen and stomach weakness syndrome,liver and stomach disharmony syndrome,dampness heat syndrome in the top four.2.In the statistical report analysis results,the total number of 289 drugs were counted.The high-frequency drugs were Amomum villosum,Poria cocos,Codonopsis pilosula,Atractylodes macrocephala,Paeonia lactiflora,donkey hide gelatin,Angelica sinensis,licorice,etc.3.In the rule of prescription composition,64 groups of medication patterns with frequency≥110 were obtained,and 90 groups with confidence degree of drug association analysis greater than 0.90;in the new prescription analysis,there were 34 core drug combinations based on complex system entropy cluster analysis,and 17 new prescriptions based on unsupervised entropy hierarchical cluster analysis.Conclusion 1.The age distribution of paste prescription cases is mainly middle-aged,and the age of men tends to be younger.2.According to the types of diseases and the distribution of symptoms,chronic diseases and sub-health are the main diseases,while acute diseases are relatively less.3.From the high-frequency drug analysis and correlation analysis,it can be concluded that Wang Shi’s medication in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases is highly concentrated,with Erchen decoction,Sijunzi Decoction,Muxiang Siwei decoction,Yangwei Heluo decoction,Xiaoyao Powder as the base prescription for symptomatic addition and subtraction;the low-frequency medication has many and scattered flavors,which indicates that Wang Shi flexibly uses syndrome differentiation treatment in the prescription,comprehensively takes into account the treatment of both syndromes,and reflects the value of ointment At the same time,in the treatment of diseases,more attention should be paid to the circulation of Qi and stomach,the elimination of blood stasis,to prevent the paste from nourishing.4.From the four Qi,five flavors and meridian tropism,it can be concluded that the prescription of Wang Shi Gao has the characteristics of Tonifying the heaven,harmonizing the liver,spleen and kidney,tonifying and reducing simultaneously,and comprehensive care.5.In the core drug combination and new prescription combination,Wang Shi’s prescription commonly used drug combination is reflected,which is more consistent with Wang Shi’s clinical medication.It can be seen that big data mining medication rules has a certain scientific nature,which is conducive to inheriting the clinical experience of famous and old TCM doctors. |
