| Purpose: Based on the data mining technology,the law of drug use in the treatment of hypertension based on the spleen and stomach and the analysis of drug use in the treatment of hypertension based on the spleen and stomach by Professor Yu Rui were analyzed and summarized in the database,and the correlation between the two was explored to provide some reference for the clinical treatment of essential hypertension.Material and method:1.Searched the database of China National Knowledge Network from the establishment of the database to December 2022,and screened the traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for essential hypertension treated based on spleen and stomach according to the natretic standard;2.Outpatient prescriptions of Professor Yu Rui for treating essential hypertension based on spleen and stomach from December 2021 to December 2022,which met the inclusion and exclusion criteria,were collected and sorted out;3.Excel 2019,SPSS Modeler l8.0 and SPSS Statistics 27.0 were used to mine the information of drug frequency,sex,taste,normalization,category and drug association rules respectively,and the combined new prescription was obtained through cluster analysis.Results: A total of 98 prescriptions were included in the database,involving 185 drugs.According to the data mining analysis,there were 29 TCM with drug frequency ≥15times,mainly poria cocos,atractylodes and glycyrrhiza.The frequency of drugs was highest for tonifying deficiency,followed by drugs for improving water and dampness.The property of medicine is warm first;Sweet,bitter,xin for high frequency medicine;Spleen meridian,lung meridian,stomach meridian and liver meridian were the most.There were 15 association rules of two traditional Chinese medicines in association analysis,and the most common one was poria cocos + Atractylodes atractylodes.There were 19 association rules of three herbs,and the most commonly used one was the combination of atractylodes atractylodes + licorice and poria.Three clustering squares were obtained by cluster analysis.A total of 92 outpatient prescriptions were included by Professor Yu Rui,involving 179 TCM,of which 20 were used more than 20 times,and the top three were pinellia pinellia,Angelica sinensis and atractylodes atractylodes.The use frequency of tonifying deficiency drugs was the highest,followed by phlegm-reducing cough and antiasthmatic drugs and qi regulating drugs.The medicinal properties are mainly warm,cold and flat;The medicinal taste was sweet,xin,bitter,etc.;Spleen channel was the most frequent channel,followed by lung channel,liver channel and stomach channel.There were 5 association rules for obtaining two traditional Chinese medicines;There are 4 association rules of three herbs,and the most commonly used one is pinellia sinensis + atractylodes sinensis and angelica sinensis.Cluster analysis obtained 4 clustering methods.Conclusion:1.Through data mining analysis,the characteristics of drug use in paper 1 are as follows: a large number of deficiency tonifying drugs are used,mainly tonifying the spleen and stomach qi and blood Yin and Yang,tonifying the spleen and qi machinery,mild drug use and specimen consideration.The core formulas are Xiaoyao Powder,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction,Yueju Wan and Erchen Decoction.2.The high salt and high fat diet in the northern region is harmful to spleen.Based on data mining,Professor Yu Rui used both tonifying and tonifying when treating essential hypertension from spleen and stomach,taking tonifying as tonic,invigorating spleen and phlegm,soothing liver and spleen,and invigorating Zhongzhou.The core prescriptions were Gastrodia Guteng Yin,Yueju Wan and Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction.3.In the treatment of essential hypertension from the spleen and stomach,attention should be paid to supplementing and releasing,ascending and descending,moistening and dryness,which should be applied flexibly in clinical practice to achieve better curative effect. |
