Data Miniing To Explore The Rules Of Medication Of You Ke Yao Lue And The Important Academic Ideas Of Ye Tianshi In Modern Pediatric Clinics Application

Objective:Combined the original text and medical records,using modern data mining means to conduct an in-depth analysis of the prescriptions and medicines contained in "You Ke Yao Lue",analyze and organize Ye Tianshi’s treatment of paediatric diseases in terms of discriminatory features,principles of prescription formation and style of medicine use,in order to accurately grasp his experience in medicine use and extract its essence for clinical reference.I also summarized the application of important academic ideas of Ye Tianshi in modern pediatric clinics and the clinical experience of my supervisor,professor Wang Youpeng,in order to promote the transmission of academic ideas and experiences.Methods:1.Collect all prescriptions that meet the inclusion criteria in "You Ke Yao Lue",entering them into the traditional chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary(V2.5),use various analysis methods,including frequency analysis,association rule analysis and complex system entropy cluster analysis,to conduct data mining to derive the corresponding results,and combined the mathematical and physical research results with the academic thought of Ye Tianshi to deeply explore the pattern of his medication in treating pediatric diseases.2.Retrieve relevant literature,organize and summarize the application of important academic ideas of Ye Tianshi in modern pediatric clinics,and through professor Wang Youpeng’s writings,medical cases,papers,scientific research results and the papers published by his graduate students and doctoral students,and combined with daily shadowing and communication with the teacher,organize and summarize the experience related to Wang’s clinical use of physical identification,in order to promote the transmission of academic ideas and experiences.Results.1.A total of 221 pediatric prescriptions that met the inclusion criteria were collected in this study,and after data entry,the following results were obtained based on systematic analysis.(1)A total of 221 prescriptions meetings the inclusion criteria were collected from "You Ke Yao Lue",involving 209 medicines.The top 20 most frequently used herbal medicines are licorice,ginseng,tangerine peel,poria,forsythia,atractylodes,angelica,hawthorn,radix platycodonis,peony bark,coptis,white peony root,Scutellariae,scrophulariaceae,buffalo horn,Pinellia,woody,gypsum,honeysuckle,and Magnolia officinalis,the main effects are heat-clearing medicines;the medicines for treating children’s diseases are mainly cold,and the five flavors are mainly bitter;they mostly return to the spleen,lung,stomach,and heart meridians.(2)15 prescriptions for pediatric swelling diseases,involving a total of 48 medicines.The top 7 most frequently used(frequency ≥ 3)herbs are licorice,cassia twig,cinnamon,ginger,gypsum,alisma and poria,the efficacy mainly based on warming the interior medicine,diuresis and expelling dampness;the four natures of drugs are mainly warm,and the five flavors are mainly sweet;most of them return to the lung,spleen,stomach,and heart meridians;the commonly used medicines are compatible with warming the interior medicinesdiuresis and expelling dampness medicines combinations are the most common,including 12 core medicines.(3)28 prescriptions for pediatric vomiting and diarrhea,involving a total of 81 medicines.The top 11(frequency ≥ 5)most frequently used herbs are tangerine peel,poria,ginseng,pinellia,licorice,atractylodes macrocephala,coptis,ageratum,magnolia officinalis,ginger,and white peony root,the efficacy is mainly qi-regulating and qi-tonifying medicines;the four natures of drugs are mainly warm,and the five flavors are mainly pungent;most of them return to the lung,spleen,and stomach meridians,involving the heart,liver,and kidney meridians;the commonly used medicines are compatible with qitonifying medicines-qi-invigorating medicines,qi-tonifying medicines-qipromoting medicine combinations are the most common,including 4 core medicines.(4)81 prescriptions for pox rash,involving a total of 130 medicines.The top 21(frequency ≥ 10)most frequently used herbs are licorice,forsythia,ginseng,poria,angelica,tangerine peel,peony,hawthorn,honeysuckle,comfrey,woody,radix platycodonis,stiff silkworm,antelope horn,buffalo horn,ligusticum wallichii,roasted licorice,scrophulariaceae,atractylodes,burdock,and cinnamon.The effects are mainly tonic and heat-clearing medicines;the four natures of the drugs are mainly cold,and the five flavors are sweet;most of them return to the lung,spleen,and heart meridians,involving the stomach,liver,and kidney meridians;the commonly used medicines are qi-tonifying,heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs,and bloodstasis activators,of which 9 are core medicines.(5)19 prescriptions for infantile convulsion,involving 58 medicines in total.The top 19(frequency ≥ 3)most frequently used herbs are licorice,raw rehmannia glutinosa,scrophulariaceae,buffalo horn,ginseng,atractylodes,donkey-hide gelatin,atractylodes,cinnabar,tangerine peel,forsythia,musk,poria,clove,mirabilite,peony bark,gladioius,ophiopogon japonicus,arisaema.The main effects are tonic and heat-clearing medicines;the four natures of the drugs are mainly cold,and the five flavors are mainly bitter;most of them return to the heart meridian,involving the stomach,lung,spleen,liver,and kidney meridians;the common drug combinations are the most common combination of qi-tonifying and yin nourishing drugs,including 8 core medicines.2.Professor Wang Youpeng combined the physical characteristics of children with clinical evidence,and in view of the special geographical environment of the cold regions,he first put forward the theory of "cold region pediatrics",and proposed that the constitutions of children in cold regions are mainly cold-deficiency constitution,damp-heat constitution,and qi-deficiency constitution;he is good at using "three discriminations and one integration" in diagnosis and treatment,and takes the regulation of the body to treat and prevent diseases as his important treatment principle;in the treatment of medicine,he combines the physiological and pathological characteristics of children and the characteristics of cold regions,and advocates the use of calm medicine and the protection of the spleen and stomach,and commonly uses the combination of the method of elimination and drainage and the wen dan decoction to treat various systemic diseases suffered by damp-heat children,and pays attention to body conditioning and maintenance,and prevents diseases before they occur.Conclusion:1.Children are of pure yang body,and most of them suffer from febrile diseases.Ye Tianshi has unique views on the diagnosis and treatment of children’s diseases.He is good at regulating the body in the treatment of clinical evidence,dispensing prescriptions and using medicines mostly from the body,emphasizing the identification of the body before the discussion of the disease,in order to understand the strength of the body’s yin and yang.The treatment advocates expelling the evil without harming the righteousness,using soft medicines and harmonious methods,cautiously using bitter and cold products,and taking care of the vitality of the child as the first priority.2.As a cold-earth physician with rich experience in clinical practice,professor Wang Youpeng widely applies Ye’s physique differentiation thought in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric diseases,forming a unique diagnosis and treatment style.
