A Clinical Research Of Qingjin Quyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Lobar Pneumonia In Children(Phlegm-heat Closed Lung Syndrome)

Objective: In this subject,the clinical efficacy of Qingjin Quyu Decoction in the treatment of lobar pneumonia(phlegm-heat-blocking lung syndrome)in children was observed.To explore the significance in the treatment of lobar pneumonia(phlegm-heat obstructing the lung syndrome)in children with using blood-activating drugs to remove blood stasis,and to provide a new ideas for the clinical treatment of lobar pneumonia.Methods: Using random number table selected and divided ninety clinical cases of childhood lobar pneumonia(phlegm-heat closed lung syndrome)meeting the inclusion criteria into 2 groups.On the basis of western medicine treatment,the control group gived Maxing Ganshi Decoction,and the therapy group gived Qingjin Quyu Decoction.Taking 5days as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of observation and the result were carried out.The criteria for observation and judgment are the scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups of children before and after treatment,as well as the changes in the children’s complexion,tongue quality,sublingual veins,lung auscultation,lung CT and other related physical and chemical examinations before and after treatment,each group was analyzed Carry out objective and comprehensive curative effect evaluation.Results: After statistical analysis,there was no significant statistical difference between the two groups in general baseline data(P>0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the comprehensive curative effect of the two groups of patients was equivalent,but the total curative effect of the disease in the therapy group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total curative effect of TCM syndromes in the therapy group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The therapy group program can significantly improve the children’s cough,expectoration,lung auscultation and promote the absorption of lung CT lesions(P<0.05).Before treatment,the two groups of data had nearly half the proportion of cases of elevated PLT and D-dimer,suggesting that children with lobar pneumonia have a blood hypercoagulable state.After 2 courses of treatment,the proportion of platelet count and D-dimer increased in the therapy group data decreased significantly,and the platelet count and D-dimer level decreased significantly,indicating that the therapy group program can effectively reduce the blood hypercoagulable state of children.The scores of blood stasis syndrome of children with Lobar Pneumonia in the therapy group were significantly lower than before treatment,this indicated that the therapy group program can effectively improve the blood stasis syndrome of the lobar pneumonia in children.Conclusion: 1.Qingjin Quyu Decoction combined with western medicine has a definite clinical effect on children with lobar pneumonia(phlegm-heat obstructing the lung syndrome).2.In the treatment of children with lobar pneumonia(phlegm-heat obstructing the lung syndrome),adjuvant drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can significantly improve clinical efficacy.
