Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris Complicated With Metabolic Syndrome By Jiawei Xiaoyin No.1

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Xiaoyin No.1 in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris complicated with metabolic syndrome,and analyze the PASI score,TCM syndrome score,WC,SBP,DBP,TC,TG,HDL-C,FPG,2h PG,UA,IL-22,Wnt5 a,observe the changes of various indicators,and evaluate its safety and effectiveness Reflecting the medicinal value of Jiawei Xiaoyin No.1 in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris complicated with metabolic syndrome.Methods: A total of 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected and randomly divided into two groups: 36 cases in the treatment group of Jiawei Xiaoyin No.1and 36 cases in the Xiaoyin granule control group.1.Treatment plan:The treatment group:Jiawei Xiaoyin No.1+ calcipotriol ointment and Zilian ointment(Huangjin wanhong ointment)The control group:Xiaoyin granules+calcipotriol ointment and Zilian ointment(Huangjin wanhong ointment).2.4 weeks of treatment is a course of treatment.Before and after treatment,record the PASI,TCM syndromes,WC,SBP,DBP,TG,HDL-C,FPG,2h PG,IL-22,Wnt5 a scores of the patients,and evaluate the clinical efficacy after the treatment.And record the adverse reaction,count the number of recurrences.Statistical analysis was performed on the data of the 2 groups of patients with SPSS 26.0.Result:1.Among the 72 patients selected,2 cases fell off from the treatment group and 3 cases fell off from the control group.The final number of cases was 67.Before treatment,the general data(gender,age,course of disease),PASI score,TCM syndrome score and metabolic parameter indexes of the two groups of patients were comparable(P>0.05).2.After the treatment,the PASI skin lesion score,TCM symptom score,TC,TG,HDL-C,FPG,UA,IL-22,Wnt5 a of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant within and between groups(P<0.05).3.After treatment,WC,BP and 2h PG of the two groups were not significantly lower than before treatment.The difference within the group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Jiawei Xiaoyin No.1 is effective in treating psoriasis vulgaris complicated with metabolic syndrome.Compared with Xiaoyin granules,It teaches the elimination of silver particles in improving skin lesions,TCM syndrome score and Metabolic parameters.It has the advantages of high safety,small adverse reactions and low regeneration rate.
