Objective(1)Investigate postoperative breast cancer patients to understand the current level of self-compassion in breast cancer patients(2)Explore the relationship between self-compassion,post-traumatic growth, and health-promoting behaviors of breast cancer patients and conduct path analysis for clinical nursing work It provides a theoretical basis for better improving the health promotion behavior of breast cancer patients after surgery.MethodFrom November 2019 to November 2020,175 patients with primary breast cancer who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in a tertiary hospital in Dalian city,Liaoning province, and who underwent surgery in the hospital were selected as the research subjects, using the general situation survey form,Self-compassion Scale,Post-traumatic Growth Rating Scale and Health-Promoting Lifestyle Scale II were investigated. The data was screened and entered into Excel as seen, and SPSS25.0 software was used for statistical analysis. The statistical methods used descriptive statistics,t-test,analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis, regression analysis, and used Amos21.0 to construct self-compassion,The structural equation model of post-traumatic growth and health-promoting behaviors analyzes the path relationship between them.Result1.In this group of breast cancer patients, the health promoting behavior score is(126.74±17.53)points,the self-compassion score is(83.19±13.36)points,and the breast cancer patients grow up to(58.20±15.70)points after trauma.2.This study found that the self-compassion level of breast cancer patients is significantly positively correlated with their health-promoting behavior level, that is,the better the self-compassion of patients, the higher the health-promoting behavior level;the self-compassion level is significantly positively correlated with the post-traumatic growth level. That is,the higher the self-compassion of patients, the better their post-traumatic growth;the post-traumatic growth of breast cancer patients is significantly positively correlated with health-promoting behavior, that is,the higher the level of post-traumatic growth, the better the health-promoting behavior of patients.3.The results of single factor analysis showed that there were significant differences between age, disease stage, place of residence, whether other diseases were combined with breast cancer patients and their postoperative health-promtiong behaviors(P<0.05).The results of multivariate regression analysis showed that self-compassion and post-traumatic growth were the main influencing factors of health-promoting behaviors(P < 0.05),explaining the 25.40% variation rate together.4.Mediating effect test results: The mediating effect between self-compassion and health-promoting behavior of breast cancer patients after trauma is an indirect mediating effect, accounting for 30.00% of the total effect.5.The final model adaptation index of the structural equation constructed by AMOS is: CMIF/DF=1.366,GFI=0.911,CFI=0.930,AGFI=0.877,IFI=0.933,RMSEA=0.047,the model fits well and the model is acceptable.Bootstrap tests the mediation effect.Dismissal shows that the 95% confidence interval of total effect, direct effect, and indirect effect does not include 0,indicating that the effect is a partial mediation effect.Conclusion1.The health-promoting behavior level of breast cancer patients needs to be improved.Self-compassion can affect the level of post-traumatic growth,as well as the health-promoting behavior level of breast cancer patients. The higher the self-compassion and post-traumatic growth scores of breast cancer patients, the health-promoting of breast cancer patients The higher the level of behavior,it shows that the two have a certain positive predictive effect on health-promoting behavior.2.Post-traumatic growth plays an intermediary role between self-compassion and health-promoting behaviors of breast cancer patients, and can indirectly affect the level of health promotion behaviors of breast cancer patients.Clinical nursing staff should continue to explore targeted intervention methods for breast cancer patients health-promoting behaviors. At the same time, individualized measures are incorporated to help patients better understand and improve self-compassion and post-traumatic growth, and ultimately achieve the goal of improving their health-promoting behavior.
