Objective By Ye Xichun’s prescription medication regularity and clinical characteristics of multi-dimensional multi-level exploration,summarizes its unique clinical thoughts,make the book covers the tacit knowledge is more scientific and complete packing up,which not only promotes the development of old Chinese medicine inheritance to work,a similar disease for clinical evidence-based medicine provides a new way of thinking.Methods This study is based on the TCM Inheritance Auxiliary Platform System(V2.5).The 441 first-diagnostic medical records of patients treated by Ye Xichun which collected from Feburary,27,1952 to December,26,1952 were entered into the study.Software database,and then use software to perform frequency statistics,association analysis,and hierarchical cluster analysis on the data.Results 1.Among the 441 cases,The number of men and women seeing doctors for the syndrome of phlegm dampness accumulation of lung is basically equal,and the age group is concentrated in 20-40 years old.The syndrome type is mostly phlegm dampness accumulation of lung obstruction syndrome of phlegm dampness deficiency of spleen and stomach syndrome and deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome.2.Among the 441 prescriptions extracted,309 Chinese medicines are involved,and the medicine frequency is 4820 times.The four qi of the medicine are mainly warm;the five flavors are mainly concentrated in the three flavors of bitter,pungent and sweet;Lung,liver,and spleen are the main ones,followed by stomach,gall bladder and heart.3.Obtain 17 medicines with a frequency greater than 60 times through frequency statistics;50 groups of medication patterns based on association rules and 14 groups of associated medicine groups;55913 groups of medicine associations are obtained through hierarchical cluster analysis,among which drug combinations with an association coefficient greater than 0.02 33 groups.On this basis,complex system entropy cluster analysis was performed to obtain 52 potential core drug groups,and 26 groups of new prescriptions were obtained after unsupervised entropy hierarchical cluster analysis.Conclusion According to the drug combination and the new process analysis to use elymus,classic use,the formulas often will small qinglong decoction Two Chen Shang Up solid essence bolus Glue YiShang chienchung soup Three guangxi art sweet soup of prescriptions such as zhibai flexible use of in the process of disease treatment,at the same time pay attention to protect the spleen and stomach Even the vital qi,to dry wet phlegm on treatment XuanSu lung qi In the spleen and warm Liver and stomach and as a tonic kidney is given priority to the treatment.
