Clinical Observation On The Effect Of The Yangyinhuayu Recipe In The Treating Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Diabetic Retinopathy

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yangyinhuayu Recipe in the treatment of yin deficiency and blood stasis type diabetic retinopathyMethods:Sixty patients(120 eyes)diagnosed with Yin deficiency and stasis type diabetic retinopathy with binocular disease were taken as the research objects and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Among them,30 patients in the treatment group were given Yangyinhuayu Recipe For treatment,30 cases in the control group were treated with calcium dobesilate for a total of 8 weeks.After treatment,the visual acuity,comprehensive evaluation of fundus,and TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Results:1.The general information of the two groups of patients was not statistically different after testing(P<0.05),and they can be compared.2.Visual acuity:The visual acuity of the two groups after treatment was tested within the group,P<0.01,there was a statistical difference.Both the treatment group and the control group could improve visual acuity.After treatment,the P between the treatment group and the control group was 0.394,which was greater than 0.05,and there was no statistical difference,indicating that there was little difference in the improvement of vision between the two.3.Comprehensive evaluation of fundus curative effect:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 73.3%.The total effective rate of the control group was 78.3%.The total effective rate of the two groups was tested by Chi-square P=0.522,which was greater than 0.05,which was not statistically significant.There was no significant difference in the efficacy of the two groups.4.TCM Syndrome Score:After treatment,the TCM scores of both are reduced,and the test within the two groups shows that P is less than 0.01,which is statistically different.After treatment,the two groups were tested and compared,P=0.019,less than 0.05.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The treatment group had better effect on the reduction of TCM syndrome scores than the control group.5.Evaluation of the efficacy of TCM syndrome integration:the total effective rate of the treatment group is 90.0%;the total effective rate of the control group is 66.7%.The total effective rate of the two groups has been tested by chi-square,P=0.028,less than 0.05,which is statistically significant.The effective rate of the treatment group for the TCM syndrome integral curative effect is higher than that of the control group.6.Safety analysis:There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups of patients,and the safety was good.Conclusion:Yangyinhuayu Recipe can improve the visual acuity of patients with yin deficiency and blood stasis type diabetic retinopathy.It has a certain effect on fundus lesions.Compared with calcium dobesilate,it has no superiority.But Yangyinhuayu Recipe can significantly improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and the effective rate is significantly higher than that of calcium dobesilate.The prescription of nourishing yin and dissipating blood stasis also has good safety in treating patients with yin deficiency and blood stasis type diabetic retinopathy.
