Observation On The Curative Effect Of Acupuncture Method Of Xie’s "Upward Tonic And Downward Flow" In The Treatment Of Sudden Deafness Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of the acupuncture method of Xie’s "Upward Tonic and Downward Flow" in the treatment of sudden deafness of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type,and evaluate its effectiveness and safety.ln conclusion,the measure of Acupuncture provides an objective basis for the treatment of sudden deafness for further promotion and application.Methods:This research use of the way of random allocation and single-blind method to divide the collected data of 60 cases into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases each.The control group was treated with alprostadil to improve microcirculation,mecobalamin for nerve nutrition,and dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection for anti-inflammatory and anti-swelling treatments.On the basis of the clinical routine western medicine,the observation group was treated with the acupuncture method of Xie’s "Upward Tonic and Downward Flow" in the Xujiang area,in the region of Jiangxi region.both groups were treated for 2 weeks.after of two week and the curative effect of two group was calculated by research personnel.Record the hearing value before and after the observation group and the control group,and score the severity of tinnitus,observe the post-treatment of clinical efficacy of deafness in the two groups,obtain the clinical efficacy of two groups of deafness accompanied by tinnitus symptoms,and with way of more objectively and impartially evaluate the relationship between the two groups of related factors and the efficacy of deafness,and ultimately use statistical analysis to judge the efficacy of this subject.Results:(1)Comparison of the two groups before and after treatment:The hearing condition of the patients in the Western medicine group and the acupuncture method of Xie’s "Upward Tonic and Downward Flow" before and after treatment in the two groups was compared.Effective detect the hearing threshold of the two groups was significantly and distinctly ameliorated,and obtained the Pretty good clinical efficacy with statistical significance(P<0.05);Comparison between the two groups of tinnitus before and after treatment,there is no significant and distinct difference in curative effect,It showed not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the end,it shows that the patient’s hearing condition can be improved by these two treatment methods,but it has no obvious effect on improving tinnitus symptoms.(2)Comparison between the two groups after treatment:(1)In the term of improving hearing: The data of the two groups were analyzed and compared,and the average threshold of the two groups was significantly reduced(P>0.05).The two clinical intervention methods have significant effects on the treatment of deafness in the two groups.(2)In terms of improving the degree of tinnitus: the analysis and comparison of the two groups of tinnitus degree data showed that there was no significant difference in the reduction of tinnitus degree scores(P>0.05),so the intervention methods of the two groups were meaningless in the treatment of tinnitus.(3)Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups:(1)Clinical efficacy of deafness: the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.6%,and the total effective rate of the control group was63.3%;the clinical efficacy of deafness between the two groups was significantly different after statistical analysis,with statistical significance(P<0.05)),and the effect of deafness in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.(2)The clinical efficacy of tinnitus: the total effective rate of tinnitus in the observation group was 70.3%;the total effective rate of tinnitus in the control group was 65.3%.In term of the efficacy of tinnitus in the two groups was statistically analyzed,and there was no significant difference and no statistical significance(P>0.05).Therefore,in terms of tinnitus improvement,there was no significant difference in the clinical efficacy of tinnitus between the two groups.(4)The correlation between some factors and the curative effect of deafness:(1)Comparing the observation group and the control group with or without tinnitus and its curative effect,after statistical processing,there is no statistical significance,so the two groups with or without tinnitus are compared with the two groups The curative effect is not related(P>0.05),But the experiment in this subject is a small sample size,Therefore,the relationship between the presence or absence of concomitant tinnitus and its curative effect needs to be further studied with large samples.(2)The observation group and the control group with or without ear congestion are compared with their curative effects.After statistical processing,there is no statistical significance(P>0.05),So with or without ear congestion,There is no correlation with the curative effect;However,the experiment in this subject is a small sample size.Therefore,the relationship between whether there is concomitant ear congestion and the curative effect needs further large sample research.Conclusion:(1)Both the acupuncture method of Xie’s "Upward Tonic and Downward Flow" acupuncture and Western medicine are effective for sudden deafness.(2)Xie’s "Upward Tonic and Downward Flow" acupuncture method is better than the control group in improving the hearing loss of sudden deafness caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis type,and the two groups are equally effective in treating tinnitus.(3)The observation group and the control group have equivalent treatment effects with or without tinnitus and ear congestion;therefore,there is no correlation between the presence or absence of tinnitus and ear congestion and the curative effect.However,the sample size of this topic is small,so whether there are symptoms of tinnitus and blockage on the effect of deafness requires further large sample research.
